Exceptional. I attended a 5 day Management of Portfolios (MoP) training led by Waseem. The training delivery and exam prep support was excellent. I was the only delegate so Waseem tailored the training to my role and industry. He also provided relevant and highly engaging practical examples from his current and previous businesses as well as the theoretical textbook content. He ensured we went at my preferred pace throughout the week and didn't extend the days needlessly or rush through any content. Customer service and admin was flawless throughout, including sending me the textbook well in advance of the training and answering all my questions very promptly. The central London venue was also very well located, high spec and the tech worked flawlessly throughout which I know is never an easy feat to achieve!
