Working with the team at Techspert is different and unique in all the right ways. The team members are professional and courteous. The entire process of scheduling interviews to how payments are handled is explained well.

The call started promptly. The questions were engaging. The interviewer asked excellent follow up questions that made it obvious he was listening well and understood what I was saying.

This is an apt services for subject expert communication. Questions were raised with adequate preparation with well moderation, and overall my interaction was good in online meeting . Professional queries were from the domain. Company services were quite genuine in terms of meeting scheduling, time management, interaction language, and privacy respect.

Techspert sent my Honorarium Payment, on 07/05/2024, to Wise as a Wise Money Balance Transfer, instead as an ACH Bank Transfer Payment, the way my Techspert - Wise Account was always set up, by default, from the very beginning when I started my Wise Account and instructions with Techspert. This caused me an extra 3 days to locate my Wise Money, and a Balance Transfer Fee Charge, because of Techspert Accounting Department’s error. I am not happy or pleased with Techspert; I am disappointed. “The rain falls from above, from the top, not from below…”. And, “when it rains it pours…”. Thank you for providing an opportunity to provide my feedback. July 12, 2024: Updated Review of my Feedback Reply to Ryan, Techspert, LTD: Not so, Mr. Ryan, please don’t rush into conclusions, don’t be sure of your interpretations, they are quiet wrong in this case. From the very inception of my Techspert Expert Account with Techspert and Wise Money Payments, since the time of Mr. Michael Woods, of Techspert Accounting Department (gone now), I had created a Wise Account default Payment method of “ACH Bank Payments”, not a Wise Wire Bank Transfer method, which carries no additional Fees or Charges at all. Instead, this time, on July 10,2024, Wise charged me a Bank Transfer (Wire) Fee, for money, my earned Techspert Honorarium on June 21, 2024, because the Funds were sent to the Wise Balance Transfer Section of the Account of Wise, instead of to the Direct ACH Payment of my Wise Account. Techspert guarantees that they won’t charge any transaction Fees to their Techspert Experts for their earnest earned Honorarium Payments, and that their payments will be processed and made on the Fifth (5th) Business Day, following the next month of the Techspert Expert Consultation Call. Mr. Ryan, all what have exposed and declared above has already been discussed and agreed with your Techspert CEO, Mr. David “Dave” Holden. Please accept to recognize an “Error”, and accept responsibility. Thank you. Dr. Isaac Jakubowicz, M.D., M.P.H.

Interesting consultation, happy with service

I was forced to use WISE app but it takes a lot of effort. Also the app asked 20 deposit plus transaction fee. This was the most bizard and dangerous to send us our reimbursement. You can simply send us a check or deposit to our account without such request. Or you can use Paypal. You use this appt to exploid us.

Repeatedly get approached to complete reviews that are not a fit to my experience, and when I do get ones that am a perfect fit for, often I will complete the LONG mini questionnaire only to never hear from the company again. It has happened so many times that I now wonder if the mini questionnaires themselves are some of the market research and they're getting fee free responses this way.

easy consult set-up, on-time for consult, fast payment, effortless payment transfer, fast payment

image
Tom Hedberg 18 March 2024, 23:51

1. Alas, the payment note for the first consult went directly to the SPAM folder and was not found until after the 7 days expired. 2. The 'phone number in the US is never picked up and calls to the UK office are not returned. 3. Overall, good faith and cooperation would be better maintained by improved two-way communications

Having been taking part in such research interviews, this has been the most positive by far. The prompt responses at every point of contact stood out, especially in relation to the eventual very timely payment. Excellent experience!!

Spammed me with a completely innapropriate email requesting my input in a completely different field that the one I work in. I eagerly await the response below in which they apologise that their AI is to blame.
