I was always afraid to order online, but they had the TV I wanted for $500 less than anyone else. It sounded too good, but I used a trusted payment option so I could get my money back if it was not legit. They are legit. I got all the order and shipping info pronto. It did take a bit to arrive, 14 days, I think, but it arrived in good shape, and I love it. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They sent me the wrong item with about a 1500 price differential. I sent their garbage back immediately. They refused to send me the correct item and refused to send me my money back. Then threatened me and acted like I made a mistake.THEY sent me something I did not order and wasn’t worth anything. THEY sent ME something I DID NOT ORDER. Called it an “honest mistake”. Funny how many “honest mistakes” they have posted over the web. The mistake I made was trying to save a couple dollars and help a little known American company out. The mistake I made was dealing with low level scammers who thought I was an easy swindle. You might have swindled me but it’s not going to be easy because I’m going to inform everyone I can and contact every resource at my disposal for compensation. Amazon lost my package once and they sent me a new Walkman no questions asked. It’s sad when the evil corporation has more moral character than you do.

First of all, you're in CO - one of the most scenic states in the country! I'd also like to mention your web info. Your equipment / device descriptions and specs are very good and reflect the item being purchased. I called to get some clarification on a few things and no long wait, the gentleman (super nice guy) was helpful, great comm skills (had no problems understanding him) and it was nice that he was able to answer my questions accurately without the typical 'sales rant' that so many companies are moving to these days. I received the equipment (packed well and in perfect operating condition) a few days outside of what was initially promised but I was sent multiple updates. All-in-all, one of the best online sales experiences I've had. I will definitely recommend you to family, co-workers and friends!

I’m not sure how my experience could have been any better. I called, talked to a real human immediately who was very helpful, provided realistic and insightful details, made good suggestions and completed the order with me on the phone. I bought a “used TV” that arrived with original packing and plastic protection (looks just like new!). All that plus I saved over $40 on a 32” Samsung. Happy as I can be!

The item ordered , a nest thermostat arrived perfectly wrapped and the box inside is in perfect condition . Unfortunately I am a retired surgeon volunteering in two hospitals 160 miles from where the item is now located and destined to be installed . I am sure everything in the factory box is also in perfect condition but I did not have time to open it . The installation is scheduled for mid-January and I want the electronics service person to open the box .

This was my first experience with techforless and I must say, I am a fan! I ordered my husbands Christmas gift for a lower cost, and received fast, free shipping, while being able to make monthly payment installations. After browsing the site a bit more it appears that they offer a lot of tech parts and accessories - all delivered in inconspicuous packaging! They also required a signature for delivery of the package, which fedex forged, but is an appreciated touch for the more expensive or hard to come by tech.

I called with a question about which printers have good cartridge longevity. We just got a new puppy who is not a destructive chewer, but happened to get our remote and promptly destroyed it. Part of me was relieved by the prospect of not having to fight over screen time during spring break, but the the bigger half of me panicked about not having the option to watch any TV over spring break. I googled the type of remote and Tech for Less popped up. I’m grateful for their great prices and fast service.

Lowest price could find online. Was shipped triple boxed with padding and arrived factory sealed in perfect condition. Was able to purchase additional three year warranty directly from Apple after sending copy of receipt to Apple (easy).

Item arrived in good shape and as promised. I have not installed it as yet, but the price beat Amazon's, and I hope that it is reliable as an open box item. I do wish that tech help was available for install, but instructions should be available from Xfinity/comcast, as it will be replacing their "less than reliable" modem/router.

I was looking for a laptop, but I found a suitable option only on Tech For Less. Latest version, good battery, integrated graphics card, 4 ports. I could go on and on, but I'd rather just say thanks to Tech For Less. The laptop arrived in excellent condition, without damage, with all documents and instruction. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product.

I was excited to find a website that I could buy a hard drive from for a lot cheaper than regular price, the delivery was swift as well but upon receiving the hard drive and installing it, my dell insiron 15 7579 did not recognize the hard drive and could not install it. Even though it is the correct kind for said laptop version. Very disappointed

30 Day return starts when you purchase the item, not delivery. I bought a tv from this company that arrived with a crack, but because of delays in shipping I was not able to find this out till after my 30 days was complete because this starts when on the date of your invoice and not on date of pickup. They refused to help at all and I am currently disputing with my credit card. Their shipping also leaves something to be desired because if you don't pay extra they deliver at the end of your driveway, even if your house is a half mile down the road and its raining. Pay the extra with someone else and don't deal with this hassle.

Computer got here quick - placed my order last weekend online and it tried to deliver Thursday which was quick considering recent shipping issues. Only minor problem was it required a signature and we weren't here and got it Friday instead. Thank you!
