I completed my fly-out with coach Eric Lloyd. I made an offer on a property. We looked at multiple properties both in person and online. I learned the use of the fly-out calculator. I did the 70% rule multiple times and feel I'm adept and can quickly come up with ARV. The experience and the learning along with the tools far exceed my expectations. I would definitely say this has been one of the high lights of my life. Coach Eric Lloyd is a mentor and friend that i cannot describe in words because he is an extraordinary individual. Anyone that gets the opportunity to work with him will be impressed beyond words.

He and the rest of the coaches on the TLWB helpline have provided extremely responsive advice even late in the evening.

Thus far the Tax Lien Mastery class has been very informative and the support and services that come with it have proven very useful.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to personally become a part of this success team. The initial business introduction, at first, seemed just like any other business promotion. The follow up weekend gave more insight into what to expect from the business, and the presenters seemed very genuine. The offer to enter in as an advanced student in the business seemed more promising than any other business offer previous, and the sales pitch was not seen as forced. After joining, there were some mixed feelings, but mostly excitement; and a bond of trust seemed to be growing with the company after every interaction of each associate personally involved. There have been several helpful people along the way. As of current, Larry Lee has been helping in guiding me in the videos to watch in order to get me more familiar with the practical applications of the business. This is practical and helpful, as there is so much to be overwhelmed by if left to oneself to tackle these important tasks. I like the teaching given in the videos, especially when given as a teacher teaching a class instructing fresh students. Not having any previous background in anything real estate, I found it quite helpful when all the basics are covered, such as defining the words used and explaining simple concepts, with a gradual growing of knowledge from there. These sort of things helped to make sense of some of the confusion that was experienced in the first couple of videos that were watched initially (before having understood these things). Additionally, the software is a nice bonus for practical application of all the analytical data. In conclusion, I like how there is structure and importance placed on this learning experience, giving a good foundation to become successful in this business. Because when one does become successful in this business, the money invested is definitely worth it.

Tracy Lawton is a great coach and she will answer any questions that you are confused about or any question that you have on tax liens and deeds. I like her because she takes her time and make sure that you understand before moving on to the next steps. She is AMAZING and I recommend her to be your coach.
