The amount of support they give is amazing - I 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to start investing in real estate. My concierge, Tana King, checks in with me once a week to make sure I stay on track. What a great service to provide! Most companies would take your money and send you off on your own. She's been super helpful in getting me resources and keeping me accountable.

Karl was a great coach and this was a good class for wholesaling knowledge including how to find a distressed property and how to assign the contract.

Nisa K. is our Concierge and our coach is Jeff S. Nisa made sure we got the correct information we needed for the course. She is very professional and polite. If we had a question Nisa did not know the answer to she promptly got the answer by the next day. Keeping on top of things was vitally important to us. Nisa fulfilled that need wonderfully. Coach Jeff is indeed an asset to us. He gave us new and fresh ideas we never thought of. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Jeff took the time to make sure we understood and was comfortable with every aspect of investing.

The actual attention to detail is amazing. My coach Suzanne is incredible, she was right there for me even when i was down with a minor sickness, she was so patient. I thought that when they said they will take you by the hand through the program, it was a bunch of bull. Suzanne really did that with me.

This is my 3rd time doing the RE Quick Start 2 day course with Eric Lloyd. There is always something new that I pick up on. Eric speaks with enthusiasm and positive energy. That energy gave me the courage to speak about a property that I have been researching. Now, I want to make this my first fix/flip. I love listening and participating in these sessions.

We just had a 2 hour Market Insider session with Eric Lloyd. It was a great! His instruction on; information gathering and the use of PEP was clear and very helpful. Using this process, he then evaluated attendees actual properties building confidence in the evaluation process and the PEP tool. Thanks Eric.

My overall experience with Nate Bennet was very enjoyable! I learn a lot from him and his method of teaching was implemented successfully without any flaws. If I could continue learning everything there is to realestate I would definitely consider having Nate as mentor!

I had a great experience with Eric Lloyd, he was very knowledgeable and he walked me through everything that he was teaching me. Before he arrived for our fly out, I was unsure and really didn't know what to expect, but I learned a lot in that short time. By the time our fly out was finished, Eric had me feeling confident that I can do this and not to feel alone and that I have his support as well as other resources. We even looked at a couple properties and was able to make some offers; I am in the middle of my first deal now and he is still helping me even though I am on my own, he is walking me through the process of getting started. She followed up to make sure I grasp the concept and her guidance was really helpful. She was always there when I needed her and answered my questions pretty well.
