The shop was very busy but I was not made to rush my decision and felt like Trevor was inviting me into his home. Trevor explained all the pro's and cons of all the leathers and styles of the Stressless chairs I was looking at. I have already advised others to take a look at Taskers as the service from Trevor went over and beyond and quality of the products are excellent.
The sales person made it a personal experience for me, she went above and beyond to help with my choices.

Phil from the flooring department made my experience very easy. He went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect floor for my living room. He gave me time and patience. He also arranged a joiner to complete the fitting. Absolutely over the moon with both Taskers and the joiner.
Excellent company to deal with, both in terms of product but also after sales service. We bought beds, sofas and also carpets from taskers, had an issue with one carpet that was caused by an external source. Taskers took ownership and resolved the issue when they could have stepped away. Thankyou once again Phil.

We got a good price for our sofa and chair and it could be delivered in a couple of weeks. When it arrived the two young men were helpful and courtious. They rang half an hour before to let us know they were on the way.
Excellent showroom. We were looking for a bed, had looked at 3 other places first considering Taskers to be too expensive. We were shown some different brands then left to look at leisure. Only negative is we were told 6 weeks for delivery, but confirmation email is more like 20.

Towards the end of 2022 we went to see Phil at Taskers for some floorcoverings. As a result we had sheet LVT in the hall and through to the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and landing all fitted by his team. We then went back early 2023 and ordered LVT tiles for a herringbone pattern for the lounge and through dining room. This was put down by Jason at All hands on deck on a sub contract basis. Phil, his fitters and Jason and his team all did a very good job for us from confirming dates and arriving on the date (and at the time) they said they would. Taskers and Jason are to be recommended and we will no doubt use again when we need something else from Phil.
Martin was a really helpful guy, No pressure from him, left us to look around without being hassled.

I visited Taskers as I was looking to recarpet two reception rooms plus hall, stairs and landing areas. I spent an enjoyable few hours discussing the different options with Phil and taking advantage of his expertise to narrow down the best option for each area. There was no rushing, no being pressured to place an order, just traditional, old fashioned customer service where nothing was too much bother, the employees are knowledgeable and the aftercare is first class. Likewise, the two carpet fitters were excellent. Hardworking, polite and respectful, with all rubbish being removed. They did a fantastic job over the two days they were here. I cannot recommend Taskers high enough.
Today I had the pleasure of being served by Trevor I had 5 star service as he went over and beyond to help me make the correct purchase, explaining all the pluses and minuses. I have bought from Taskers before and been very happy with the service, delivery and aftercare
