We were originally disappointed with our purchase of a mattress. The mattress was not the firm one we wanted, it developed a ridge in the middle and dips where we slept. Initially the company were not prepared to help us. However, we pursued this to a positive conclusion. We have had very good treatment from the staff at Taskers and they have kindly exchanged the mattress for one more suited to our needs. We have come away from this experience feeling very satisfied. We left the store today feeling extremely satisfied with our overall experience at Taskers. Nothing was too much bother for Daniel, he even went out of his way to make all of us a brew!
