Good jacket at reasonable cost. Bought wrong size so returned it via Royal Mail returns. This took a while and was slightly confused. But all achieved in the end.

There was a delivery problem with the order but once this was notified the company quickly sorted a new delivery. The goods then arrived after a short delay due to industrial action by the Post Office. My wife is delighted with her new coat, especially the quality and fit - it fitted as if it was made to measure. From my point of view the price and customer service were excellent.

Good jacket style and waterproof. However, it's not breathable after 20 mins walk under the rain and l got Sxxxty, also, the inside pocket zip got stuck every time l used it . I gave 3 stars as this jacket is not breathable as stated.
Great mac in a bag. I bought the size small which is roomy enough for thick jumper underneath. Im a size 10/12. Tried it out very recently and it is certainly waterproof. I'm 5'7 and the length of mac finishes between calf and ankle . Good length in sleeves .Lovely dark navy colour. Optional tie belt with a built in hood. Worth the full price so buying it at the sale price is a bargain. Arrived within 3 days of order. Efficient service.
