Smooth process, fast delivery which you would expect as you pay for it. I bought 2 neon coloured Mac in a Sac kids waterproof coats. Great sale price, but they are super small made. Not true to sizes shown on website. I bought. 8-10 and 11-13 years. Absolutely tiny. My daughter is 10, 11-13 way too small. Fits my 7 year old. This is such a pity as they love the coats.

Delivery times and Customer service great, and jacket at sale price which would have been excellent value except for the fact that the sleeve lining was sewn in twisted so I could not get my arm in it ! It had to go straight back. Refund received promptly so no concerns there. Would have expected better quality control however.
I found your add at Instagram and choose to check your homepage. The Delivery to Germany/ Berlin was quite fast and as promised. Patient was easy via PayPal, the product proved to be as on the images.

The new material wasn't mentioned on the website, it's lighter and it's tighter...as though you were trying to save a few bob by decreasing the measurements. So it's not as comfortable, it's not as warm and it doesn't look thorn-proof. Why fix what isn't broken?
