A very straight-forward and satisfactory transaction! The only thing that would have made it better, would have been to include a rubber tipped pair of mallets, as the plastic tipped ones are very "harsh" sounding. We purchased some rubber tipped ones separately and the sound is just heavenly! Thank you!
