Had a heat pump installed from Taggas the guys installed it all in two days they worked extremely hard and were very thorough always very pleasant and professional there work ethic was brilliant from the first contact with the company the quote, the survey and everything through to the installation was excellent

During the three days that the installation took place Rob & Fraser worked like Trojans, they did an excellent job ensuring that our inconvenience was kept to a minimum. The only thing I was disappointed with was that a radiator was fitted in the bath room instead of what we had specifically asked for a towel rail, this was quickly remedied. At no time were we left without water, although cold was the only option for 24 hours. They replaced everything before leaving. Grant, the electrician came on the third day to do the electrics & commissioning, making sure that we fully understood how the system worked & what to do should an emergency occur.

Good service, friendly staff who have done a great job. They even allowed us to change the design at 3pm the day before the installation!!

I had an Air Source Heat Pump installed, by Luke, Josh, and Charlie. They were professional and friendly throughout the process & took the time to explain everything clearly. They also went above and beyond to leave everything as tidy as possible. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys 😊

I highly recommend the Taggas team, from the admin support through to the plumber/heating engineer. Have received several phone calls explaining what would be happening, always told to ring if I had any concerns, phone calls followed up with useful info in an email. Heating engineer/plumber very helpful, worked well and explained anything I wasn't sure of and made sure I had relevant phone numbers in case I need to discuss anything or needed advice. Very pleased with the work done, especially as the work was in an old stone built cottage and not easy at times.

I have had heat pumps and solar panels installed recently by Taggas Ltd. They sent Rus, Mitch and Kyle to remove my radiators my old oil boiler and install two heat pumps and new radiators. Mark the electrician then arrived to connect these up and this was followed a few days later by Jackson and William who connected the solar panels. Pre installation information and contact were helpful and reassuring. Workers arrived each day at agreed times and worked hard to keep to work schedule. The quality and finish of the work is good. Workings were explained briefly by the installation team. Follow up from the Taggas team was prompt, helpful and reassuring.
