I am highly disappointed with this company. My mother and I placed a deposit late 2019 for travel and surgery in Istanbul for August 2020 with this company. Because of international travel ban as a result of the covid-19, we were unable to resume our travels. I asked for a refund as the deposit was made with the intention to receive surgery in August 2020. They have refused this and said it can only be used as a credit. If times were normal, I can understand this policy. But these times are unprecedented and so should the recent policy on refunds - especially when international travel is supposed to be band for months, maybe years ahead. The political and health state of Turkey and surrounding countries is quite worrying too. I don’t believe many tourists will be comfortable risking their lives travelling to the country, or any foreign country for that matter. If SurgeryTR showed decency and courtesy in this matter, I would certainly travel and use their company within the next few years, especially considering my father lives in nearby Cyprus - and as soon as I can I will be making frequent visits. But I would like the refund now so I can go ahead and have the surgery in my home country ASAP. I won’t be using this company anymore and they are most probably treating many other foreigners in similar positions the same. Highly disappointing.

I had a Vaser Liposuction done on my inner and outer thighs, my knees, belly and flanks and a breast augmentation and I 'm very happy with the results so far. I'm at day 7 after surgery, I have a lot of bruising on my thighs and back and I'm still swollen on the belly but I can say that my saddlebags are gone !! I'm very happy about the breast augmentation as well, the surgeon was very professional and helped me chose the right implants for my body frame (Silicone 315cc) and it looks great ! I arrived in Turkey on the 5th and had my surgery on the 6th. We left on the 12th and it was very well organised. Selin from Surgery TR was very very friendly and answered my questions day and night. She arranged check-ups with the surgeon, translated when needed and organised all the transfers, she was very great ! I can only recommend !

I done my surgery at TR 360 lipo suction and bbl with doctor candan, he done a great job on my tummy. Cant say anything about my bbl because i dont see the result as yet. From day one i was corresponding with delma she is so amazing. The hotel is lovely. I would recommend to TR.

Buenas a todos, me han pedido la empresa que exprese mi opinión sobre sus servicios. Me llamo Ángel he venido con mi esposa a hacernos befaroplastia ambos , yo además liposucción de cintura vaser/láser, y liftin facial para ella. Llevamos el 4 día desde la operación, y no podemos decir nada en contra de la empresa que nos trajo. Muy amables , los pequeños contratiempos solucionados rápidamente, el hospital excelente así como el trato recibido por todo el equipo incluyendo enfermeras y cirujano. Todavía no sabemos resultado final , pero si las cosas siguen igual no tenemos dudas que que será un buen resultado. Por el momento ningún pero a toda la gestión. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa.

From day 1 I was in communication with Seline who organized everything for me! Considering I had my operation done during the COVID 19 pandemic Surgery TR was super supportive. Not only was all arrangements made and facilitated but they were all extremely helpful and sympathetic considering we don’t speak the language and aren’t in our home country. The hospital and hotel staff, the doctors and all other involved were so supportive and really gave the confidence needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get work on the body done!

For anyone who has any doubts about coming here or having surgery, definitely don't and know that this is the best place to come. TR Surgery are fantastic in their pre-op communication, the service received in Istanbul is very high and the medical care is fantastic! I underwent Lipo on my abdomen, waist, back and upper thighs by the surgeon Dr Daghan Isik and his very caring team at the Safa hospital, I am back at home now recovering well. Everything was very well organised and I always felt reassured. I have struggled with body issues for so long and immediately after the surgery even though there was swelling I could see the results on my abdomen and it looks fantastic and I feel great! I can't say enough for the nurses at the hospital who are all lovely and really looked after me with a lot of care and love. I went with a friend who had treatment as well so it was nice that we experienced this together. So if you can buddy up and go together with someone this can really help as although the care and attention was fantastic, it still is an intense surgery on the body. Yes, would 100% recommend to anyone :) Big love.

I had a septorhinoplasty with DR DAGHAN ISIK he did a really bad nosejob he made my nose so little it doesn't even exist and its more crooked than before in addition to that it looks piggy and i can't breathe in the night he has made my life a living hell I clearly stated what i wanted I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY SURGERY PLEASE STAY CLEAR!! I would give him 0 stars if i could but there is no option for it volkan his interpreter keeps running away when you really need him for interpreting i also wrote review of my surgery on google now i can't find his profile on google where i wrote the review probably deleted it because of the bad reviews

I have had this gynecomastia problem since after my teenage. I tried many things working out, gym but still I had the tissue and fat on my chest. I have difficulties with my girlfriends because of this problem, it was mostly me but my psychology was not right because of this. I searched many clinics on google, and had many inquiries. The reason I have chosen Surgery TR is, they were most friendly and understood my problem. I even got a skype call with the doctor while I am in the UK. I have been taken care of very well, at each step my patient representative was informing me completely, and I was not alone any moment. I came by myself many of my friends were worried but when I got back I shared the whole story with them now they can’t wait for their surgeries. They have chosen of course the same as mine. I really appreciate the effort and help from you guys. Now I got my confidence back and have no problem at all. Thousand thanks for this.

Nefasto te dicen que opines sin ver el resultado final me deje influenciar por una persona de España que se avía operado con ellos y resultó ser la comercial de ellos vendiendonos la moto y resultado fue fatal me dejado mucha grasa ,me sacaron presupuesto a mitad yo ya me había que operar me pedían más dinero.Estoy operar otra vez después 4 ,meses y medio me dicen me habré engordado y supuestamente la grasa no vuelve salir tan pronto la operada .

I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Surgery TR, everything was so easy and considered. I underwent a Tummy Tuck and Lipo by the wonderful surgeon Dr Daghan Isik and his team at the Safa hospital. On arriving at the Hospital I was dealt with by the team of nurses and Dr's under the supervision of my incredible translator Mert (who was amazing and put me at ease, really lovely person). The majority of the surgical team were able to communicate well also and had a great bedside manner. I had heaps of tests all turned around much quicker than the UK and all were pain free. Dr Daghan was very friendly and warm with great English, along with his assistant who I never caught her name but she too was excellent and made my journey so comfortable. I felt when marking up for the op Dr Daghan paid real considerations of what I wanted from the outcome and full explained all he could. Before I know it everything was done and I was recovering. I really can't express how well I was cared for following the operation, the room and hospital is top class and I didn't feel rushed to recover and had all I needed. I was pain free most of the time and whenever I needed anything they were there. TBH I spent a few days in bed binge watching box sets being waited on. Once I was discharged and went to the 5* Hotel all was great very easy and in constant contact with the representative from Surgery TR. I had my check ups back at the hospital and all after care was fully explained. It was refreshing to meet others in the waiting room also having check ups, all of whom had a great experience also. Now back at home I'm still in touch with them if there are any questions etc. I come from a family of medics all of whom have only praised the scar and stitches. My result is exactly what I wanted and I can't wait to see the difference it makes to my life as its already made me feel so much more at home in my body after. years of carrying excess. Huge shout out to Seline my Surgery TR rep who has been awesome from the start and always made me feel able to ask questions and at no point made me feel pressured or concerned, she really has put my mind at ease. As already said on the day of the op Mert was brilliant and I can't thank him enough. There will always be anxiety when travelling for an operation but it was all unnecessary as my care couldn't have been better and I've received much lower standards of care here in the UK, the hospital was spotless and procedures very thorough! I hope Dr Daghan and all the team involved realise what a positive experience they gave me and how life changing this has been. The result = all I can say is WOW better than ever expected.

Not long been back from a hair transplant booked through surgery tr. They was so helpful step by step of the way. My flight out got cancelled due to a storm and they still managed to fit me in that week. Was most impressed with mert the translator he was so friendly patient and helpful, made the experience far more relaxing. Specail thanks guys I shall look forward to seeing the results and be recomending surgery tr to any one that asks

I don't know where to start. I am really happy about the whole journey from their first contact they to the end. I had breast enlargement and bbl surgeries. The doctor was so good and he understood exactly how i want my breasts to look like. He did a great job everyone was very proffessional and eveything was set for me before i even got there. They really take care of you during the whole trip and even after when you get back you keep in touch. I will definitely be back for my nose surgery. Thank you very much SurgeryTR !

We did a lot of research before contacting Surgery TR, and when we did Serkan was our guy. Serkan was great straight away making Rachael feel at ease and fully explaining everything in fine detail including the price for everything. From the start Serkan said that I could accompany Rachael to Turkey free of charge in the hotel and the hospital. We both thought that was great as Rachael has anxiety flying (not about pain or operations). Before flying out Rachael had video call with her surgeon Dr Daghan, he again made her feel so much more excited and less anxious about the operation. Between then and flying out we asked so many question and asked about extra work that Rachael may want while there to enhance the procedure (which they said it could cost a little extra - which we were fine with). We flew out on the 10th Jan and was met as promised by VIP taxi straight to our 5star hotel (which was amazing). We were then contacted by our translator - Volkan, he arranged to met in the morning to take us to the hospital. He met us and was polite and professional and I must say every time we needed Volkan he would reply and be there for us. On the day of the surgery Dr Daghan and all the staff we amazing and very tentative, they picked up that Rachael had a slight fever so delayed the surgery and gave her tablets to get rid of the temperature. Which was good in one way as we got to see the lovely city of Istanbul. We came back on Monday with the go ahead for the surgery and we felt that we were in the best hand. Dr Daghan again reinforced Serkans description by explaining to us both and saying the extra work she wanted he was doing free of charge. After the surgery Rachael and I met with Dr Daghan to let us know all went well. From then on Rachael's post-op care was second to none, every bit of pain, every question all taken care of. Even the day before flying back Dr Daghan seen us to check that we were happy with everything. Honestly our research on this company and still now Serkan is still in contact with us chatting and checking with Rachael on her progress. This company and the staff we have met we so much better than back here. Thank you to all from Rachael and myself.

Just to follow up Rachel daisy’s review I had the same horrible translator with red eyes and inadequate behaviour complained so many times about him they didn’t do NOTHING !!! Late the whole time don’t care if someone uses that guy Volkan please stay away and also Doctor Ersin blocked my number I’m actually happy I came out there alive if I’m honest those people are so money driven they didn’t gave me support after the surgery they disappeared and now the result is dreadful I’ve paid them over £3 k !!!!! Anyone who wants proof I can send pictures and screenshots of my conversation. Rachel hope you are well!!

I never write reviews but feel I have to warn others to beware of this company. They are all very lovely, professional and responsive... until they have your money that is. Serkan dealt with me from the beginning and was Mr Nice until I had post operative problems and needed to go back into the hospital. This obviously costs more than a night in the hotel and they became very hostile towards me and demanded money from me for my additional hospital treatment that was only needed as a result of my surgeries. I was held to ransom and they refused to take me to hospital until I agreed to pay them £250 which I reluctantly did. One of the translators, Volkan, that I had the misfortune of having to deal with on a few occasions was an absolute joke. During my consultation with the nurse when asked about my menstrual cycle he sat in the corner giggling like he was embarrassed. He also took over 2 hours to come to the hotel to take me back to the hospital when I was crying in pain and begging him over the phone to help me. He kept telling me he was 5 minutes away and like I said this went on for over 2 hours! When he did eventually turn up his eyes were bloodshot and he kept giggling and seemed out of it. I am certain he was on drugs that night. When I complained to the company about Volkan they responded by telling me that they had spoken to Volkan and he said he wasn't giggling. Case closed. Outrageous how they treat their customers. I was very very unlucky in that for the first time in my life my contraception failed and unbeknown to me I was actually 4 weeks pregnant when I had my surgeries. I only found this out after I had got back to England and the way I was treated by the company when I questioned why I was not tested for pregnancy was disgusting. I tried to encourage the company to learn from what happened and going forward to test women for pregnancy before surgery as part of basic procedure. They were incredibly defensive and maintained that asking a women if she is pregnant or not is sufficient. Unfortunately I had to make the heartbreaking decision to have a termination as I was given so much medication in the hospital that is not recommended in pregnancy and also general anesthetic in the first trimester increases the risk of still birth amongst other problems. All of this could have been avoided with a simple, cheap (less than £1) test and it makes me so sad that they prioritised saving a little bit of money over my health and safety. Had it just been standard procedure that women of child bearing age are tested I would never have gone ahead with the surgery and things would have been so different. I have tried to get my £250 refunded as I would not have needed to go back to hospital if I wasn't in so much pain from the surgery. The surgeon (Dr Ersin Gonullu) was too aggressive with the liposuction and removed too much fat which is why I was in such severe pain. Being pregnant and not knowing it probably didn't help either. I only had one positive experience with this company and that was when being looked after by a female translator, I believe her name was Yagmur. She actually seemed to show some genuine concern but other than that I have nothing good to say about SurgeryTR and would avoid at all costs!

I hav had a neck. Lift with dr Dhagan isik and from beginning to end the whole experience has been very good and I am more than happy with the results The whole experience was positive minimal bruising and altogether fantastic results the whole team made my stay a really positive experience THANKYOU

Mi experiencia con Surgerytr ha sido una aventura muy grata, siempre acompañada de grandes personas cuidando todos los detalles y sobre todo cuidando de mi en todo momento. Agradecer a Mehmed todo su acompañamiento y cercanía en la organización y toda su paciencia en la decisión de realizarme mi intervención. Ha sido sin duda un apoyo tremendo, sobre todo xq mi mayor deseo en ésta decisión era poder arreglarme una cirugía de pecho realizada en España ya hace 11 años, q sin duda ha sido una gran decisión, ya q la intervención ha sido un éxito, acompañada de una lipo en varias zonas tb un éxito. I’m 2 weeks post opp. I had a Tummy tuck Breast Reduction and lift, lipo in my tummy back, inner thighs and arms. I have to say the service was brilliant, from the dialog I had with the Representative while I was doing my research and deciding what clinic I wanted to use to the pick up at the airport to the hotel and hospital stay. I was a doubting Thomas so I asked a ridiculous amount of questions, asked for photos, videos and links to view the hospital, hotel and information about the surgeon so I can search his credentials. She provided every piece of information without hesitation which was refreshing as some other agencies were reluctant. Everyone was very accommodating to my husband and myself. Our interpreter was brilliant and the nurses really tried to make me feel comfortable and provided pain management without me having to ask for it. The surgeon did a brilliant job, my incisions are clean, neat and healing really well. He provided antibiotic creams and pain management tablets for my out of hospital care and made sure I had plenty of cream to use once I was at home. They’ve ate before and after pictures of me and compared them to ensure I have the best results. I am still swollen but can’t be happier With what I see. My husband went to have dental treatment, he is soo pleased. He had 4 teeth removed and replaced. He felt no pain and was also provided with mouthwashes and pain management if he needed it. We are both very happy with our treatments and would definitely recommend Surgery TR to anyone who wish to have a procedure done.
