Alice was so helpful. After installing and having my first treatment it was 9pm, when I noticed I thought I had a problem with the machine. I went into the website to see who I can call the next day or email them about it. I noticed they had live chat, and I was able to figure out what I did wrong when I installed chatting with Alice. I love that they were available even that late and didn’t have to wait until the next day. Definitely would recommend that you get your machine with Surebeauty. I’ve only used my machine once so far but I’m excited for my need treatment.

Machine came shortly after it was shipped in perfect condition with all of the parts working. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but have already seen results. This product was everything I imagined. It’s as powerful as the big machines but way easier to transport and also use at home. I am a body sculpter so this is not just good for at home use but using on clients as well and it’s so easy and portable that I can even use it to do mobile services if I wanted to. The results are great! Same results I’d get on a bigger machine. For the price and size this machine is a way better option!!
