Good furniture store with huge selection of tables and chairs, I got few deliviries before, and did it recently again. Lisa from customer support help me a lot and save time to choose proper upholstery for my chairs and pick right table size. No complaints.

Beyond disappointed. We had orders booths for our restaurant in 2021. We decided to expand our booth seating area this year. I reached out to Superior and had them send me the invoice from our 2021 order to confirm I order the exact same booths that we currently have. Placed my order and they confirmed that they would match exactly. 6 weeks later we received them and they are NOT the same color. They are similar but definitely not the same and it is noticeable. It looks like they sent us the wrong color in 2021 but we had nothing to compare them to at the time and just assumed the website had a color variation. When trying to get them to make it right they basically blame me and said I should’ve sent them a picture of our current booths, yet never asked me to do that when I told them I want to make sure they match. They offer me a $500 refund for the “inconvenience” and refuse to do anything else to make it right. Now I’m stuck with several thousands of dollars worth of booths that don’t match. I would never work with them again due to their refusal to admit their mistake and fix it.
As a brewery owner, I recently kitted out my bar with chairs from Superior. Their selection is top-notch, and prices were decent. Had a bit of a mix-up with delivery dates, but customer service sorted it out pretty fast, even if it took a couple of calls. The chairs look stellar in our space, really matching our vibe we've got. ****Anyone trying to replace or buy chairs or stools for home or a business. I would be very very careful dealing with Superior Seating in Kenilworth NJ. Flash back to September 2022…I bought new bar stools and within 3-4 months they were already broken! I called the company which then gave me a long run around and refused to replace the stools. They offered to sell us the same stools but at a discounted rate! Smfh. I then told them I would be calling the better business bureau so they then tell me they would allow me to go to a warehouse to possibly fix the stools. To make it seem like they are trying to help us. This is going on for months might I add. We didn’t finally get the address until last week sept 2023!! The warehouse then states they can’t fix them and still will not replace the stools but we can pay $25 each stool for a different model which don’t match the set we purchased of stools and chairs for our business. Then the sales guy who sold me them Ed said I have to again speak to someone else in the company named Jane the sales manager whiuch was the one who originally gave me the run around (which is the most rude and unprofessional person you could speak to might I add my husband could barely get a word in with her) so once again we are being bounced to someone else with no real solution and they do not stand by their products. This is the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!! I informed them I will be speaking to our attorney and filing a claim as I have exhausted every avenue to try to fix this situation and keep a good relationship with these people. Do yourself a favor and be careful. The floor models are not what they are sending out. Ed even admitted to us we probably received a bad batch!! Smfh. He then said since I will not take the offer of paying for new stools and taking it as a loss that he will not do anything for us. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing !!
We ordered new table tops from Superior Seating, the teak wood is so smooth. The shopping process was so easy.

We received metal chairs with a wooden veneer back & seat from Superior Seating and they arrived without damage, are very comfortable, and look great within the Mellow Mushroom restaurant. Highly recommend and will order from Jane again for stores in the future!
We have purchased different styles of chairs and tables. Chair was fine. Delivery was abhorrent. The driver could not have been any ruder. Very unpleasant and demeaning.

A very argumentative company. They advertise quick ship yet LIE to get your money then just LIE some more to make customers mad. If they just would have been truthful and stated no companies will ship for them or they would charge a little more to get a good company moving their products they might actually be a successful company. After this I wont recommend them. Was notified today 14 days since they received payment in full that they will be canceling my order and returning my money in full. They also did not like that I placed a review after no answers from customer service. Then Mr. Bradley Emailed me to voice his concerns as to my review and stated I should receive refund tomorrow. Will keep you updated. Well, I received a receipt saying I was refunded 4 days ago yet it's still not back in account. I cant understand how a company can suck the money out yet not return it as fast. Either they dont have the funds or the receipt is fake. Stay away from these dishonest company and pawns for employee's.
I ordered 60 dining room chairs. They are excellent quality and they delivered in a very timely manner. I would definitely order from them again.

The driver did not call the contact on the order. They delivered to the wrong building. The customer (and 10 volunteers) had to move all 100 chairs to the correct building. I have a very unhappy customer. Why no call?

Customer service was outstanding! Very helpful and responsive staff...and the tables and chairs were delivered in a timely fashion considering how quick I needed them! The tables and chairs look nice and feel sturdy, except for the fact that they scratch very easily. Even lightly pulling a cardboard box from one side of the table to the other scratches it...and that was determined by accident. Other than that, great product!
