I recently had an experience where my online order had been lost by Royal Mail and David Caste at Super E-Cig had been extraordinarily helpfull. Not only did he re order my missing item with a postal tracker but also issued me with a 50% refund due to the inconvenience caused. My interactions with David and with In Store staff in the past have always been top notch customer service.
