We have had in the family over the years 4 Kitchens fitted by then Keller Kitchens all overseen by my Cousin Geoff, the extra mile that Geoff & his team always underwent was what made them stand head and shoulders above all the other Kitchen companies. I miss Geoff and I'm sure his name and his beliefs will remain in Suga for years to come.
We originally ordered a Wren kitchen. Wren did not communicate properly and really let us down. Having lost faith in Wren we were fortunate enough to change to order our kitchen from Suga. Totally professional from start to finish. Even when our builders caused delays to Suga's instillation due to unforseen circumstances. The team were super friendly, knowledgeable and on trend with their recommendations. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. A pleasure to work with from start to completion and the kitchen looks great and is quality.
First class job, attention to detail, carpentry, electrics, gas, plumbing, rip out, plastering etc etc. All with good humour and respect for the house and people. Shame you don't do bathrooms?
We had our Keller kitchen fitted way back in 2005. We did have trouble with the foil wrapped doors and although out of guarantee ,Geoff Sharpe RIP, bent over backwards and replaced all the doors and drawer fronts at cost price. The cabinets, doors and drawers are still like new. We needed another large cupboard fitted the other year and although our original colour choice is no longer available Geoff sourced a paint that matches perfectly. The fitter did a fantastic job!
Was the 3rd Keller kitchen we have bought, this time 9 years ago. Designed with the help of Geoff Sharpe. Not the cheapest but well worth it and 9 years later can't think of anything we would change.

Our Keller kitchen was installed in our previous house, 2007. We loved it. Not the cheapest, but excellent quality and fitted by people who knew their job. Geoff Sharpe, the then director of the company was a stickler for things being done right and knew the value of good customer service. We moved house 3 years ago and had we been able to afford a Keller kitchen, it would be Geoff who I called. We did, however, have problems sourcing 7 Neff appliances- we were in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic at that time. Geoff arranged the appliances and even drove them to our new property himself. A true gent and a man I always felt comfortable dealing with. So sorry to learn of his passing.
We recently had a new oven and hob installed in our kitchen. The process was dealt with speedily and efficiently and we are really pleased with the result. Suga Kuchen would always be our first port of call for any other replacements or refinements we may wish to have and being local is an added bonus.
I purchased a Suga Kuchen / Keller Kitchen in 2005 and it continues to serve me well. In all these years the only thing I have had to change is the cooker and Suga Kuchen helped to supply a new one. The carasel corner unit is a blessing for anyone who might struggle to climb to the back of corner shelf units and it makes the pots/bowls easily accessible. I have a small kitchen, again I appreciate the narrow depth tall shelf units, it is much easier to see and reach what you want and gave space for my kitchen table. Suga Kuchen fitted a bespoke wall cabinet to house my gas meter, fitted units into an alcove that previously housed a hot water tank, and removed a built-in store cupboard to give me more work top and drawers. It was a very personal, friendly and patient service. All the doors and drawers work as new and it is easy to clean. Age has not affected my lovely marino white doors. Many many thanks.
