The store in Romford never fails to impress. The staff are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Whenever our favourite juice is out of stock they give us a call as soon as it’s back in, ensuring we don’t miss out. They’re always quick to offer alternatives they think we’d like, which is actually how we came to find our favourite flavour. The website is nice and simple to use, but I love going into the shop in Romford because the vibe is everything.
The best Vape shop in London. I worked in Romford until recently and I received the best customer service. The liquids are top quality. They are the only ones I can use has any other makes my throat and nose dry. Its a shame I no longer work in the area.

What can I say this is probably the best vape store in the country. I have been vaping for over a decade and this store is by far the best I have used as a customer. They have many flavours, devices, coils and accessories that you could ever need. The store assistants are very helpful and friendly and the online service is second to none.
