I found the online ordering system for giclee prints very user friendly. A query I had about order was promptly answered. Items delivered in excellent time and very happy with prints. Will be ordering again very soon.

I placed a bulk order for photo mounts, backs and bags. The order was delayed due to the delivery service providers (through no fault of Strand Framing) JD followed it up by email and phone calls, without me having to chase it. He even called to confirm my delivery with me. The customer service was excellent and genuine. Finally, the product quality was of a very high standard and I was very happy. I would highly recommend Strand Framing!

Great helpful staff. Excellent quality products

I was delighted to find a supplier so close to home. The products were of excellent quality and my order was processed quickly. The goods www securely packed. The delivery agent however was a new experience and one which I have no wish to repeat. In brief, despite clear addressing by Strand and verbal verification the package was delivered to the wrong address, being left outside an unattended property. Having waited for several hours as arranged with the driver I called his phone to be dismissed rudely and when delivery to the correct address the response was a torrent of abuse in most graphic terms. The matter was reported to the head office of the delivery agent. Regrettably development of a business relationship has been spoiled.
