Contacted support regarding an issue with signing in to modify some settings in our site, and was provided with much help until we got to the bottom of the issue.
We recently started an upgrade of our site to a new hosting environment. The Storm Internet team provided professional advise on the options we needed and then implemented them in the same manner. I had an issue with RDP not working on a network. I was conscious it could be a network issue but couldn't resolve it. The team patiently triple checked the configuration. Since these guys are so good, I knew it had to be my end. My router was silently blocking the outbound network port despite claiming it was allowing all outbound traffic :-( Couldn't have got through with Storm's excellent support.
The problem was dealt with promptly aand to my complete satisfaction
