They have the best prices anywhere. They don't have the quickest shipping but for the money you save with them I can overlook it. But if you have ordered multiple items you can always call them and see what can be shipped individually.

Terrible customer service

I mostly spoke with Mrs. Maria. We conversed some while figureing out the best tools that I needed along with maintenance supplies. She jumped through hoops backwards and forwards again just to answer all of my questions and very few of the hard questions that I had did she have to research or get help with. I originally started with the young lady who sat next to her as I found out through conversation. Both ladies acted the same in their commitment. I can't say enough good things because I had several phone calls and making my decisions. They actually remembered me by name. This took place over a one month long process. Once again they are the greatest. I absolutely hate shopping online by the way, I have always liked being able to see and touch something so I can decide if it's going to fit my needs. Normally at the counter sales at a local shop I am greeted and welcomed and very well known. I hate to say it but even though I am highly respected at the supply houses and catered to these ladies in particularly beat the counter guys. As I said I hate shopping online and have never done it up until now due to principal. I will be calling these ladies back.

Purchased a Tweeco Tig Torch for my 3 In 1 Tweeco welder. It worked great it takes some getting used to the thumb knob for the argon only because I'm use to the foot pedal type. It just takes a little time to get use to it but it worked well, and the price was great, delivery was fast. Thank you Cyberweld
