I brought the lifetime subscription because i really thought the app was cool. I then changed my phone from s8 plus to an s10 plus. I deleted the stopad and factory reset my s8 plus to sell it. I installed the stopad on my new phone and put the activation key for my lifetime plan i purchased copied it from my gmail to my phone. It states my activation code is already in use i have email them 3 times and no reply i am not paying again for something i already purchased.
Took up the offer of free basic, but declined permission to receive offers etc from them. This was ignored, then only to be told that 'free' version was no longer available. Feels like a con to get you on a mailing list. Beware!
I needed to stop the youtube ads because we use youtube for some of our church's praise music. I downloaded StopAd and it does block the ads, but now I am getting a lot of warning messages from my security software that I have installed. Glad the security is catching these, but I am concerned that this didn't happen until I installed StopAd. The last thing I need is for my laptop to be compromised.
probably one of the most disappointing programs ever. i tried to search for spotify on the application tab and no results. i tried to search for something like steam and facebook, nothing. i tried using the add to filtering thing, still nothing. all it did was blocked the programs that i already had ads blocked or didn't really need to block, all i wanted was to block the annoying 30 seconds ads from spotify. was excited at first, but now this is a disappointment. don't use this. use adblock or ublock instead of this bullcrap.
Not so much of a review but more of warranted concern. Don't get me wrong, it's a great concept but I'm concerned with malware/spyware being that it is an apk and not in the app store. Also a bit of concern for my all of my passwords and private information since your app requests to set up a vpn to monitor my network traffic. Just looking for some info to help ease my mind.

Amazing application that does what it promises to do without any controversy. Flawless customer support and care for their customers. StopAd listens to their users' feedback and is doing everything to make their app simply the best out there. I've had a sensational encounter with this company and hope to hear more great news about them soon.

It could be ok for Android on phone, but it works strangely on Amazon Fire TV. The StopAd menu is displayed incorrectly and blocks ads only on YouTube app
Block ads on Steam! Blocks banner ads on Steam. And has great stats — how many ads and data trackers were blocked.
The support guys are awesome! Before downloading an app I’ve asked them a lot of questions about an app on their facebook page and got answers in 2 minutes. After downloading I had some issues and the replied to me on email in 20 minutes. And answers were really nice, full and clear. I think great support is the most important thing for a company. But ad blocker is great too, had some issues with totally blocked websites - but support fixed it.
I used ABP before and had a lot of ads even with ad blocker. StopAd blocks all ads on my Google Pixel as well as on my laptop. Great app!
