Two stars is probably on the generous side but they did replace some of my order (they should have replaced the whole order tbh). Where to start! I contacted this company directly after seeing one of there listings on eBay. I asked if they could supply 60" x 40" poster prints and if they could do a better price than eBay if I bought 4 or more each time I ordered. They then quoted me a HIGHER price than that on eBay and when I explained that to them they came out with some daft excuse and made it feel like they where doing me a favour. They didn't even bother to check the price they'd listed to make sure they weren't quoting me more, even though they knew id found them through that specific ebay listing. I should have taken heed to the incompetence at that stage but the price seemed good so I ordered. The first set of prints I ordered where fine. Damaged a little by forcing them into the tube but otherwise fine and useable for my application (cutting them down into separate images to frame). Happy with first order. Unfortunately my second order was a totally different story. The first thing I noticed was that the paper was not the same. It was thinner / less weight than first order. This was not a problem in itself to me personally but for the purpose of this review I think others should know that they don't stick to the same paper stock and are not consistent with quality. The next thing I notice while attempting to mount the images I'd cut out from the large 60" x 40" poster print, is that the print was considerably undersized in one direction. To give an idea every meter or so was about 1cm undersized. After doing some research, I came to the conclusion that the printer they used probably wasn't calibrated for length. So I contacted them politely and said I could still use the prints but could they check their machines as when I next orfer I would like them to be the right size. I also suggested that it might be the calibration of the machine as it was only the length (from roll) dimension that was wrong. They seemed to take offence to this and said the machines calibrate themselves so the operator doesn't need to check that machine is producing the correct size prints. I wasnt even asking for a refund or replacement, just letting them know so they could fix it. The general attitude was arrogant and ignorant of the possible length calibration fix I'd suggested. They said they'd keep an eye on it and call HP if there was I problem in the future (in other words not even check). I'd already told them there WAS a problem but they woulnt have it. They knew best and there was nothing wrong with the print size apparently. They agreed to replace a small part of one of the 4 prints I bought as a gesture of good will but this wasn't what I wanted. I just wanted some sort of reassurance that the machine had been looked at and re calibrated or fixed by there provider. I stopped using this company as I was left with no confidence in them at all. The replacements they sent where the correct size but I have no idea if they fixed the problem but didn't want to admit the machine wasn't calibrated correctly or if it was just luck / printed on a different machine. I've since found a much cheaper company who deliver next day and just seem a lot more professional all round. I can't name them but I wish I'd have just searched on Google instead of sourcing on eBay. In hindsight, I should have realised eBay is not the place to look for reputable printers. Apologies to the staff at stika but this is honest and the experience I have had. I was surprised the matter wasn't investigated properly and that I wasn't even offered a reprint on them after sending images proving the printed size was smaller than the artwork.

Stika called to check wording of the stickers. The Initial order did not arrive but after telephoning received the next order within a couple of days. Would use them again.

The door signs I ordered were inexpensive and do the job just fine. The only thing I would add is would it be possible to send your items in a stiff card envelope? Although the envelope clearly stated not to bend, the postman did his very best to bend the envelope.

I bought a Banksy sticker for a light switch, for under £2, via Amazon. It was despatched within a day of placing the order but never arrived. I contacted stika.co who responded incredibly quickly & politely to say they would rectify the matter by sending a replacement free of charge. They did this first class and the replacement arrived within a few days. They treated my query efficiently and respectfully - I felt as if the quality of the service they provided mattered more than the financial sum of my order - a rare treat these days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
