I've been a customer for a about 10 years. I've dealt with the occasional price increase, but a $100 dollar increase (100 count bottle) from my last order to this one? That's a 33% increase with no notice (as I said, a regular customer who relies on this like medicine). Whoa. It's cheaper now to order from one of the mainstream competitors you see all over the Internet. They're also regulated, so safer. You already changed the formula recently. You're (former) regular customers all know this. You went too far this time Stiff Days. Bad business move.

The product is very good. In this occasion I place and order on 12/4/2024 and was sent a message from the tracking number on 12/4/24. The post office still waiting on the package tried to contact customer service and no answer. It’s a good product.

Your product is great, but your customer service is horrible. Second, you take forever to ship customers' products to them, and you fail to communicate with your customers. I am a 10-year customer who is getting fed up with the poor customer service. Please get your act together and get a legitimate phone line. I ordered five days ago, and my product still hasn't shipped! This is ridiculous!!

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but my recent experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a bottle of vitamins, which arrived sealed but empty. When I contacted customer service, they quickly responded and sent a replacement. However, they did not provide any tracking information and did not confirm with me before shipping the replacement since I had already went out of town. As I mentioned in my initial communication to them, I am out of town until late July and will not be able to receive any packages. Despite explaining this, the company ignored my request for a refund and insisted on shipping the replacement immediately. They responded to my concerns with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, at one point telling me to "stop crying,” which is insane when you’ve paid over $300 for something. In subsequent communications, they confirmed that a refund would not be issued and expected me to wait a month for the replacement(because that’s when I returned). This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. They offered to send a smaller bottle to my current location, but this was not feasible as I am moving around a lot. Overall, the customer service has been unsatisfactory, and the company's unwillingness to issue a refund is disappointing. I feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This experience has made me reconsider ever doing business with them again, which they clearly told me they didn’t care about either. I’m not going to stop filing these complaints until a refund issued and if not then I’ll definitely be filing a chargeback. Ridiculous.

I stopped being a customer a few years ago, due to shipping delays and nobody answering the phones. Recently I took a leap of faith and ordered again. I order on 4/23/24 and I just got it today 4/27/24, it only took 4 days to receive my pills, and the updates about my product were almost daily. I just took half a pill to test the product and an hour later I feel the effects, the product works!. Thanks STIFF DAYS, keep it up, you got a customer back.

I recently ordered a bottle of Stiffdays pills, hoping for an effective solution for my needs. However, upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to find that the bottle was outdated. To make matters worse, when I called the number on the bottle to address the issue, I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service. I spoke with a person named Sam, who not only refused to replace the outdated bottle but also dismissed my concerns by claiming that the pills were still good for another six months past the expiration date. To my surprise, he even resorted to using offensive language during our conversation. I later discovered that Sam was working from his home, which raises doubts about the legitimacy of this company's operations. Given the subpar product quality and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their representative, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. I eventually obtained a refund. In my experience, Royal Honey proved to be a more affordable and effective alternative. I do not recommend Stiffdays pills due to their outdated product, unhelpful customer service, and overall unpleasant experience. buy royal honey

Company is a scam and creates a shipping label but never ships any product.Even the USPS agrees that they are a scam. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR FROM OR FROM SIMPLY DELICIOUS VITAMINS... SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE IT RIGHT!

Two weeks after my order no communication. Will update if order is received. Update: Order has been received three weeks after order placed. Nowhere near as long as other reviews. Will update to 5 stars if product works like before (its in different containers and havent got to try yet)

I think it went out of business.. Nothing ship in over a month... no reply to email as well... BAD.. waste of time Updates: after reading your respond from this review, this company became a big SCAM instead because they won't ship anything out and don't respond to any email inquiries. You charge the credit card and send a shipping labels.. but the tracking labels will only say "Label Created, not yet in system". When call the shipping carrier, agent will tell you that the merchant only create the labels but hasn't ship anything yet. Its been over two months now.. disappointing respond from you.. I did order from you back in 2017 and yes I did receive the order.. but my recent order went silent. Not just that, check others below me and will have similar experience. BEWARE of this new scam!!!!.. will do a discharge.. and until I get my product or proper responds.. this review stays

Excellent product, very poor customer service, almost to the point of disrespect, bad customer service phone number, not responsive to emails. I ordered this product about 6 times and I only had 2 good experience with time and shipping, the last order was 15 days ago and I paid $38 dollars for express shipping and I haven’t received anything yet, after few emails I received a tracking number and every time I check the status using tracking number it says USPS still awaiting package, I requested updates from supplier but no response, I hope they reply to me so we can figure out how to resolve this issue, Order No. 105345.

I had an order that wasn't shipped out on time. There where some issues at the factory. Because it was time sensitive I contact Sam. He went out of his way to get my order to me, something I really appreciated. My canceled flight is back on schedule, so I'm glad he did this. I've been buying this product from him for over a year and it's great stuff.
