I was shopping around online for a custom DLC Rolex and came across a few sites that offered them. I am in NY, so I was skeptical doing any of this over the phone with a store in CA, but I called the store and began working with Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. She was able to get me the exact watch I wanted at a great price. I ordered the watch on a Wednesday and had it in hand the following Friday in less than 10 days. The watch was perfect, came with authentication papers, and a stamped appraisal from their senior gemologist. I highly recommend Stein Diamonds and Chelsea and plan to do business with them again in the near future.

He was very helpful, and professional. Also price matched with another reputable online retailer. Stein offers a lifetime warranty on Rolex which I think is invaluable. The first time I visited Steins, I was very skeptical. I found them on the Internet, and I schedule an appointment to go see them when I was in Los Angeles. They treated me like a valued customer, or patient in showing me my options, and offered me a very fair price for my preowned Rolex. I was still skeptical, so I brought my purchase to a master jeweler in my own state, and it appraised for even more then they had appraised it for me at Steins. I was so impressed, that I bought one for my wife's Rolex from them a couple years later. At that point, my trust was so high, that I simply or did it over the Internet and allow them to ship it to me. They even got my order to me in a crunch on the day before Christmas.
After 4 months of searching my husband pulled the trigger from here, we went with a halo pave setting and a 2 carat round diamond. I must say when I got it I was blown away, we immediately took to our local jeweler and my ring sparkled much more than anything they had for the same price. I know we will be back for more bling soon!!!
