Startech are located in the south west of England, predominantly around the M5 stretching from the edges of Taunton up as far as the top ends of Bristol, as far down as Cornwall, as far over as Fareham and well into the southwest as Bath. Our engineers are well placed to handle any job in the covered areas - especially when it comes to emergencies. We normally respond on the same day as called and issues are normally fixed or diagnosed with minimal time waiting as possible.

Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Boiler replacement and relocation on a fairly complicated system. Several issues, connected to the system, not the installers but all sorted and no complaints that the job took a while longer than they had quoted for. Great friendly and efficient service start to finish including some great out of hours support. Also, half the cost quoted by British Gas.
I recently switched my old cylinder boiler to a combination boiler and used Startech Engineering Ltd, as they were very highly rated by friends. Matt and his team were very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best option for my budget, nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed to make my decision, but once I had, within a couple of days it was fully installed. I am really pleased with the first class service I received, Matt went above and beyond to advise and explain to me, keep me informed at each stage and did a brilliant job in very quick time. Exceptional service. From enquiring to sorting our boiler issue was so speedy. Very professional & explained problem in layman terms, which was greatly appreciated. Updates very helpful. Gave us different options at different costs so that we could choose what we should do rather than be told only one option available depending on our budget. We have recently had an oil fired boiler replaced and location changed to outside. From initial site inspection and quotation by Lee through to installation and commissioning soon afterwards we have nothing but highest praise for Startech. From the speedy response to my first query and George's visit the communication and answer to any query was excellent. Once I had given the go ahead the boiler replacement date was confirmed straight away and George and Sam worked all day in freezing weather to replace the outside boiler. They were courteous and tidy. Excellent service. Can thoroughly recommend this company.
What a great experience! Immediate call back to our query with a quick quote that was keenly priced. The engineers we dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Great company, great Engineers! My leaking toilet was sorted very quickly - this leak had been there since I had moved in to the house. I have been having my boiler serviced by Startech the last 2 years and they have always been quick, efficient and very friendly. Startech also set up my Hive for my home heating and replaced my radiator valves. I would highly recommend!

We had our boiler installed a week ago by George and the team. Fantastic service. We were without hot water and heating and they were out the very next day to inspect the boiler. Thank you Matt and the team for attending to resolve issues with my heating. They turned up next day and fixed the boiler, they were very professional and reasonably priced. They kept us informed throughout the full process and confirmed with us before any parts were purchased/used. I would highly recommend them and will look to be using them to install some new radiators to our property.
I had Startech removed my old boiler and cylinders to a new combi. Thanks George for the quick quote and made me a tailor made the quote to meet my needs. George also communicated well with the team about my concerns. So when Matt and Sam came over, they were doing their best to minimise the damage to my kitchen.
