I made the order on the 30th of August, I received it on the 19th of September. I chose pickup delivery. I received an email from Spirit Academy asking me to correct the address because the delivery company said the address was incomplete. I don't understand why I received this email as it was a pickup point that Spirit Academy suggested on their website. It was then a nightmare to get my order and I had to contact the delivery company several times to finally get it delivered 5km away from where I live... And when I finally got the order the seal of the bottle was opened... Better choose your partners,they also define you.
Spirit Academy is a professional outfit. I ordered a number of bottles from them (5 or 6) in my order. Turned out that one of those was not available and the next day I received a phone call from Spirit Academy informing me of this and offering me the choice of terminating the full order with full refund. I decided just to get a refund on the one unavailable bottle. I was refunded immediately and the other bottles were received by me soon after.

La consegna. Probabilmente ci sarà stato qualche errore non so se da parte del corriere o di chi ha spedito, resta il fatto che ho dovuto telefonare al corriere per riuscire a ritirare il pacco. A una sola telefonata mi è stato risposto, alle altre dei giorni successivi alle mie mail inviate nessuna risposta. Totale una decina di giorni
