From start to finish, South Yorkshire Windows were really helpful in installing my new kitchen window and French doors. They came out quickly and gave me a quote with no pressure. When I decided to go ahead, the survey was also quick and the fitting was within two weeks just in time for the new kitchen. They kept me informed all throughout and the team fitting the kitchen windows were professional and they even tidied everything away after for me. Won't hesitate to ask them to come back and fit windows in the rest of the house!

Never have we appreciated our new windows from South Yorkshire Windows, fitted in November/December, as much as now, in this freezing cold weather. Apart from the fresh, modern look they have given our dormer bungalow, we are experiencing a marked improvement in noise reduction and heat retention. Our bedroom, with two outside walls, used to be like a fridge and is now toasty warm. We are particularly pleased with the dormer tilt and turn windows and the recommended Perfect Fit blinds which give a really modern feel. From the top downwards, all staff proved to be friendly, skilled and efficient. An unexpected structural fault was dealt with calmly, quickly and to our satisfaction. I would recommend them and will use them for the remainder of our windows.

The fitter arrived on time..(Sam) He was very polite and professional.. Very clean and tidy.. Sam went above and beyond he even pointed a few bricks that were in desperate need of some TLC.. Whilst chatting to Sam I discovered that he is contracted to South Yorkshire windows.. Can’t recommend this guy enough ‘TOP GUY’. I am very pleased with the work he carried out.. Can’t recommend Ryan and his team enough. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and fitted my 3 new doors in the day. They even cleaned up after themselves. There were a few niggles (not their fault), but these were rectified quickly, without question or hesitation. I’ll be looking at new windows soon. South Yorkshire Windows will be the first company I call.

They came out quickly and were open about available options, times involved and cost. There was no pressure from Lee when I wanted time to consider. Sam did a great job of fitting with no mess left behind and a link for the guarantee available within 24 hours. I would recommend them.

Wanted a composite front door fitted which wasn’t straightforward to do, fortunately these guys had the answer. Unfortunately we had a few issues with the weather and locks but like any company when the going gets tough some fold ( excuses come out) and some step up a gear! Pleased to say they stepped up! Would highly recommend them !

Few years now, that I first used South Yorkshire Windows, to change all my windows and doors on a four bed semi detached house. They were the best price with optimum quality windows and doors, with years of warranty it was no brainier. I never looked back since. I was very happy with my choice, in the future I would use them again and again. They are small, but very friendly and professional team. Last week I contacted them as my doors were a bit stiff, so they send someone new out at a convenient time, that was suitable for me. He has done the work quickly and efficiently, my doors are working smoothly again. Very well mannered gentleman, they have employed . Very polite and friendly. Had 11 windows, 3 doors and French doors fitted by Sam. Had a few issues that got sorted very quickly i.e wrong glass, sills and handle so mainly a supplier issue i guess. Very happy customer, thank you.

South Yorkshire Windows fitted 5 new windows for us and we are delighted with their work. The men who carried out the work were professional and efficient and we are very pleased indeed with the finished work. Prior to that we were fully informed for booking to surveying with calls and emails to keep,us updated. I would highly recommend using this company as I will in the future if I need anything again.

Lee came out to do the quote for the windows, I’d had other companies to do quotes, but Lee was the only one who took the time to explain to me that if I just replaced the existing windows like for like, I wouldn’t have a clear fire escape. Lee took the time to discuss other options with me, and having a three storey house I decided to go with SYW and change the design of my existing windows, ( hopefully I will never have to put the fire escape to use - but peace of mind knowing that my family have it there). All contact with Ryan in booking site survey and installation was professional, the surveyor wasn’t well on the date of our appointment and Ryan couldn’t be more apologetic, it wasn’t an issue to me but Ryan made sure it was done the next day first thing. Sorry can’t remember the name of the window fitters, but arrived on time, polite, worked hard and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves, and left no damage to the walls and I don’t need to do any decorating afterwards. My windows have been installed a month now and I’m very pleased with them, and my experience with SYW, so much so that my friend has now booked them to do her house. 5 star experience from me

Firstly, Lee came out lovely guy, polite and very helpful. Quoted for all new windows and doors. My husband went through to their premises which they had just moved into for a sample of what we had ordered and Ryan was very helpful. The fitters Paul, Lewis and Paul were brilliant guys, polite and respected your home. Paul and Lewis were the main fitters and the guys were punctual, very hard workers and cleaned up as they went. The patio door was fitted afterwards and Sam and Tommy were the fitters who were also brilliant guys. The quality of the windows and doors, professionally fitted and finished off is outstanding.
