The kind of food I like. Soulful uses the right ingredients for my lifestyle. Over the years I've tired of cooking vegetarian vegan meals for myself and now, finding people cooking clean vegan meals, is a mighty big blessing. Keep up the good work and please continue maintaining a high standard for our health and happiness.

I ordered 12 meals but unfortunately only 11 were packed.I contacted Soulful straight away and within hours I had a response, an apology, an undertaking to see what went wrong in their fulfillment processes and a refund. And a discount voucher for future purchase. So all in all, superb customer service after a slight hiccup beforehand. And we love the food !!!!

After providing proof and documentation, Trust Pilot agreed my review was accurate and honest and put my review back on! Sad, pathetic and vicious move from soulful foods trying to take down truthful but bad review!!!!
