Socialboom reached out to me after my order could not be completed. We came to an agreement to modify the order. They fulfilled the revised order quickly. I gave them 4 stars because I did have to wait 6 weeks for resolution. In six months, I’ll reevaluate. Originally I gave them 1 star because I Placed an order on May 19th and on July 5, it still wasn’t complete. Response from Socialboom, we have elevated to management and asks for screenshots of my graphs, numbers, etc but not no resolution.

Considering I lost subs for some reason that's why I'm giving 1 start. I had like 387 subs I'm at 449 subs. I payed for 100 subs and haven't gotten that so I'd like either my other subs as promised or my money back.

Be transparent. All the things your website claims that you don’t do…is exactly why you are engaged in. Fake accounts following. Didn’t get a single real person from this service at all. In fact you caused more harm to my account and should be responsible for it. I’m going to review this company publicly on social media for years. Everytime I see your ads or posts I will comment.
