Fast delivery, fair price, as described. Only knocked a star off as the packaging it was delivered in was bashed to bit, miracle the goods inside weren't bashed up too, although that is most likely the fault of the shippers, who tend to all be equally careless these days.

Just what I needed. A well made, heavy duty dustbin lid that fits perfectly & isn't likely to be blown away in the gale force winds we get here on the Moor, on occasions.

The heater is good and it looks very classy but it is very noisy! It has two settings for heat level (though I am not sure they make a difference tbh). Luckily for us it is for our log cabin outside, not our house so it doesn’t matter too much for the noise when it’s on is very loud so you couldn’t really have it in when sleeping. It did come really quickly and the customer service is great! Thanks so much.

Not your fault as I thought the cafetière was larger, didn’t want the bother of returning as I will still use as gifts.

I placed an order this morning for a dehumidifier and two hours later it is delivered to my home address. You cannot get better service than this from anywhere else. This family run local shop has been going for many years and the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the man who delivered and unpacked it for me. I always try and support my local shops and Snape and Sons never disappoints. They have a good range of products at competitive prices and I will continue to support them. E-mail communication and updates were fast and efficient.
