Great customer service, kept me informed the whole process, great product

The ordering was quick and painless with the order received all OK. The only reasons the pop-up snowman has 4* instead of 5* are; It's a tad unsteady, especially in any wind. Also the snowman is held down by three mini-bunjee hooks. The base is segemented in 3, but the snowman frame is in quarters, so the fasteners don't line up. Swapped base for a concfete block fitted with 3 eye hooks and all sorted for a great outdoor Christmas figure.

It’s lovely buying from a family firm who take an interest in their customers. My experience has been entirely positive, the products I bought are very well made and just what I needed. I shall look to Snape and Sons for future hardware needs.

A specific product (spirit of salts) was recommended for a certain cleaning job in the home, and Google directed to this company. The website and transaction was very smooth and easy. Delivery was prompt, and overall was a very positive experience. I do believe the business premises they have I could probably spend hours in looking around, but sadly it’s too far away to just pop in! I bought an alarm clock with hopefully a very loud alarm bell. It is to be a gift so I've not tried it. It arrived promptly and in excellent and in good time.

Haven’t ordered from Snape and Sons before but would definitely consider ordering again in future. Really good price, fast delivery and the box was still in perfect condition when it arrived (rare with the pressures on delivery companies these days). Very impressed.
