They are not honest with the fake delivered report they do, constantly making different excuses and reasons. They have embarrassed me in front of my customers and as a company I am not even sure what else to do. There are always different and incorrect pricing or fake referrals

Scam! Don't even think of this company. It's a fake company. They are thief's. I purchased credit but could not use their service. SMS is not working. I contact them severally but no positive response. Stay away from smsala, they are not real. It's obvious that the positive reviews here on trust pilot are fake and probably written by the thief's. Even avast antivirus now spams their url. They are scam. Avoid them.

We started looking for a suitable service for messages (otp) We tried a lot, but this company was the best in terms of support, Despite some problems that were in the beginning, but now things are better All our comments were taken into account and the matter was addressed

Excellent customer service and fast responsive communication.

My only issue is about SMS deliveries. Delivery failed on multiple occasions and I have to reach out to support team all the time which isn't very convenient.
