Always excellent service when I use the shop & never an issue delivering (MK to Stevenage!!) the delivery driver that day was a 10/10 my address is hard to find, long drive and a shot day! No stress spoke to me and solved it without a fuss can’t praise this store enough!!

Smokey joes is usually really good. I have ordered from them quite a lot although my past 2 deliveries I have been dissapointed hence the score. 3 of my disposable vapes have burnt out within less than a day. They have plenty of life in them one I only used for around 2 hours before it burnt out. I messaged Smokey joes via Facebook and initially received a response saying they will look into this although I have not heard back from them. I messaged again the next day and still have not had anyone contact me. Delivery is very quick but unfortunately I have had to give only 2 stars because of the issue above.
