Smas is a member of Safety Schemes in Procurement, SSIP and a CITB training provider. After a recommendation from the scaffolding association my experience with SMAS has been totally positive, I've found them very easy to deal with and they are competitively priced in comparison with SAFECONTRACTOR in particular.
I have 7 clients who require SMAS, it makes it much easier when I can login to the individual accounts and upload the documents without having to travel around the country. SMAS operatives are very helpful via email or on the phone. Very professional people and a please to work with on a regular basis. 100% keep it up

The on-line application seems to have been simplified is easy to access and clear on how to complete. Once the application is lodged the ability to deal directly with the assessor is very helpful in resolving any additional information requirements

Very straight forward but thorough Audit with the Team offering any assistance.It is hoped that all Main Contractors will eventually adopt this standard as a 'Deemed to Satisfy' which in our opinion covers all aspects for a professional approach to H&S etc.
