Super service - we had very frustrating email problems that no support from our providers could solve. Josh took tunderstood and sorted our problems quickly.

I had issues with my iMac. The problem was fixed very promptly and I was given regular updates. It was very efficient, and all done in a very pleasant helpful manner.

I needed a new battery fitted in my mobile phone and Smartfix did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend them very highly.

I had to get a data transfer carried out on my aio desktop and a new Windows operating system installed. The staff in the shop were very pleasant and explained clearly what they recommended. I received two follow up phone calls to explain progress and the repair was carried out within two days. I am very happy with the work carried out and would recommend them. Good Customer care.

I wanted to upgrade my laptop because it was too slow and suggested to buy an SSD drive. I left it on a monday afternoon, tuesday morning they called me with a plan on how to improve it: maintenance, SSD and RAM upgrade. Long story short I got it back on wednesday afternoon and I could not be happier. Night and day difference! The team is very helpful and super friendly. All expenses upfront, no surprises at all. Will come back if needed :)

Bruce & his team replaced a gaming laptop screen in record time and at a great price. They approached the problem in a very professional way, tested the repairs thoroughly, and I even learned a thing or two more about computers. On top of that, Ive seen their handiwork on a friend's machine and that work was equally as good. They are now my first choice in Edinburgh for repairs!

Took my very sluggish 2015 iMac in to get an SSD upgrade and more memory added. Impeccable service and communication throughout. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, providing really valuable advice, especially regarding the iMac's memory. My machine now feels like it's brand new and is a joy to use. All for an excellent price. Hugely recommended.
