I had my training days 2 years ago with Lee which was a great mentor. He was patient and tried to teach as much as he could to all in that room. But unfortunately I was not great on "piece of mind" if I could say so and could not take advantage of the sessions,but you can learn much more then trading. Did not have so much time for trading so ended up with a break of an year. Had a re-sit couple days ago which was a great example and I am ready to start all over with a positive attitude.

I have only been part of this programme for a month so far.., and have been on 4 to 5 different courses (all with their own platforms, strategies and 'learning' sections) in the last 3 to 5 years, so I'm not a complete newbie. LTT has taught me more in the 1st month than I have learnt in the last 5 years combined, especially when it comes to implementing what you've learnt. The trainers who offer up their time; both in group workshops and as your 1 to 1 mentors are just incredible, all of them are successful traders in their own right, who just want you to be successful. I cannot stress enough how much of a difference this is making to my trading journey... If you've been trying your best by yourself, shelling out money time & again looking to learn from the best, been passed from pillar to post in your journey so far (especially after you've paid): then this programme is your next (& hopefully final) step. That's how I feel right now.. But be prepared to learn & put in the work.. If it was all easy peasy; everyone we know would be a successful trader.. You've got to come to the party as well... I am just so incredibly grateful to have found them.

Do you keep asking me to provide that I am a real customer? Do you only want here to be positive reviews? You keep removing all my reviews because you don't want people to see your behavior. I always keep writing reviews even you remove them.

** I read a review like mine before handing over thousands of pounds - I ignored it - I SO wish I hadn't - take it from me the bad reviews are the ones you should be believing** Avoid this company - it is a moneypit (you pay them thousands but they just want more and more to take you to the 'next level')- I wasted £8000 on 'learning to trade' - once you have signed up for the initial £3000 - they persuade you (fraudulently) to pay them more and more. They did not fulfill any of their promises and I could not get a refund. I was told if I paid a further £5000 that would entitle me to a 'company account of £10,000 to trade with. This never materialised because of smallprint in their terms and conditions which you only see AFTER you pay them the non refundable further £5000 (which made it too late to obtain a refund or complain about the non fulfillment of promises made) EG I paid £5000 to learn Indices & Commodities - the day the course started I was told that I could not access the charts required fo the training unless I upgraded my account and made a further payment - I was aghast that the £5000 did not include all my needs for the training. It was at this point I realised the whole thing is a scam to get more and more money out of you and asked for a refund within 24 hours of my payment. They said their accounts would look into it - it took them 7 days to tell me that I was not entitled to a refund. Learn To Trade is Brilliant, I only recently joined the LTT family and after my first course with Jitan, my eyes opened to the opportunities to wait me. Mentor, Mark was friendly, open and more importantly honest about my goals versus my expectations. I am on the road to where i want to be. Signed up for SIC and even before that I joined the daily BreakFast Breakouts(Jitan & Suk your great), helping me focus on the market. Attended an Advance Boot-Camp with Manny and not only did the lights turn on (many times) but I am very empowered with just his explanations and patients which made this easier to grasp. SmartCharts is like learning to drive... It can only be done through practice.

I currently trade at a fairly high level (with my pension which is audited for strict compliance) and I was interested in Smart Charts after watching one of Gregg’s pre recorded webinars. I mention this because I am not a novice and need to demonstrate that any decisions I make related to my trading could be scrutinised by external 3rd parties and I need to carry out robust due diligence. I setup a call straight away with (name removed) who appears to cover Australia/NZ. The call was well structured and included a demonstration of smart charts on what was allegedly a “live account” with circa $850k AUD in it. I asked about multiple poor review feedbacks sourced online and these were not answered to my satisfaction. We looked at several strategies and the call concluded with an agreement that I would be sent an email with training dates and in the meantime I would carry out further due diligence. I received the email as promised and asked about 3 concerns provided here for full transparency. 1 - “High pressure” upselling to a further course/product. Is there something “after” the initial 5k investment? 2 - Continued billing issues when cancelling the service - smart charts monthly data fees continue to be debited after leaving often resulting in formal bank/court action to recover. 3 - Failure to achieve a profit return/performance of the indicators not as expected. Do you have proof of a live account showing historical performance? The response to these were poor and the request for proof of performance was not responded to and I had to ask again for it. The horrendous response I got was as follows: Fully pasted here with zero changes: “Hi Scott, Thanks for your offer but I don't want to supply anyone with anything, that's my choice. Whether you are a potential customer or whether you are my boss and in charge of this company it makes no difference to me. I'm living life on my own terms now and not beholden to anyone. I'm well respected in the industry. I hope you find what you are looking for in life, if trading is for you then just embrace it and learn. If not, then there are many other businesses out there that give us opportunities to make money and live a fulfilled life. Name removed” Wow talk about a red flag. Super defensive and terrible customer service. And (name removed) is one of the trainers and mentors in the Southern Hemisphere. Why would you put the above in writing and be so rude? Imagine what the attitude would be if you had a genuine issue with the service and you had parted with your cold hard cash. Imagine trying to build a relationship with this representative as a mentor who is supposed to be building your confidence in trading! Smart Charts/Learn to Trade I would love to see your response to the above as you actively manage and respond to TrustPilot reviews as evidenced below on this page. Is this a true representation of your business? Are you happy for this to be the level of customer service in a potential new customer facing interaction? Why don’t you provide verifiable Profit & Loss statements or use something like FX Books to verify your signals? My closing comment to anyone considering this service. Do your due diligence and if you don’t see a response here from them which satisfies our concerns run for the hills!!! You have a 50% hit rate of responding to negative reviews and yet a significantly higher percentage for positive ones, that in itself is a poor metric and further concern. Edited to add - 04/10/21 No contact from anyone at SmartCharts head office as promised below even after me providing an email and telephone number to discuss the matter with. (Name removed) the representative mentioned in the review has been in contact though asking me to remove his name from the review and I refused. Further update 08/10/21 Trust pilot threatened to remove the review if the full name of the Australian representative wasn’t deleted which I have done as it is important that the key points of the review remain visible as a warning to others. Still zero contact from anyone at SmartCharts to discuss the concerns instead they spend their time trying to have the review removed unsuccessfully. Shame on you!!! On the basis of their deafening silence to the concerns raised we must be on to something. Buyer beware!!! The Smart Charts platform is excellent. It is very easy to use and allows trades to be placed easily and efficiently. The other great aspect of it is the built in learning portal. This feature allows you to access a considerable amount of information and move quickly and easily between it and live charts to reinforce learning. It has been very stable and reliable and the simplicity defies the complexity of the vast array of functions it can do.

Smartcharts does what it said...its find the trade thats right and gives you the option to enter or not its that simple.

My experience of Learn to trade has been excellent, so far. The development journey is fantastic for me. The two training sessions I have completed, 3 days of Forex covered by Jitan and the 2 days of Stock Indices and Commodities by Emmanuel, have been very informative and extremely useful. Learn to Trade with its smartcharts software is simply the best forex trading out there. I belonged to another platform before I came here and its like night and day. Yes these things are expensive, but if you want to get into a Ferrari not a Robin Reliant, you're going to have to spend some money. The training is very structured and straightforward with very firm but fair mentors. If you think forex trading is a skill that you'd like to learn and fit into your life, this is the best there is and with Smartcharts in your arsenal, you have the best headstart.

The courses are informative, the coaches are dedicated, the software is some of the best i've seen, the staff in the background are efficient, helpful & friendly. If you have the right mind set this will really get you to your goals!

Smart charts shows in visual form times of major news announcements on the actual chart itself. I like this feature.
