After turning into a Linux user couple of years ago, I have changed Asus and Dell XPS 17 computers to an Ubuntu and I have been happy with Linux OS, but still frustrated with the hardware compatibility of those machines for Linux. Lot of issues and some of them quite hard to solve. Decided to end that fight finally and ordered a Slimbook Executive 16 and I can tell that the configuration/optimization process was super easy and straightforward. No troubles and everything works so well and it is simply rock solid. I wish I could have understood to buy the Slimbook straight in the beginning. Definitely the best Linux computer on the market. Also the customer service has been very friendly and helpful. Im a big fan of this brand now.
Best laptops for Linux we have tried ever. All our company use Pro X model for devops and developers. Components works perfectly with the kernel, and as the hardware is specifically selected for Linux, it make the most of the power of the components. Highly recommended
En mi empresa estábamos buscando un proveedor de portátiles y tras probar un Slimbook finalmente nos hemos decantado por ellos. Los portátiles son de calidad, tienen el doble de rendimiento que los portátiles que usábamos antes y estamos encantados con el soporte que nos han dado durante el proceso de compra. Los portátiles que hemos comprado son el Pro X 14 de AMD.

He comprado varios equipos de Slimbook, con una experiencia de uso muy buena. En todo momento el seguimiento de la compra ha sido perfecto, y la resolución de las dudas mediante comunicación con soporte técnico rápida y resolutoria. Personalmente uso a diario un Slimbook ProX 15 AMD con Mageia Linux. La integración y compatibilidad de todos los componentes es excepcional, y la actualización de la bios en estos equipos con Linux funciona como en ningún otro. Espero sigan como hasta ahora, ofreciendo equipos de calidad y un magnifico soporte técnico y foros de ayuda.
I bought a "Slimbook Pro X" from them last year, and I've had three exchanges with their support since then: fixing a sticky key, upgrading RAM, and troubleshooting an issue with the operating system after Ubuntu updated the kernel. In all three cases, they were fast and helpful.
Equipo muy bien equilibrado y con prestaciones más que suficientes para la mayoría de los usos. La duración de la batería supera ampliamente la jornada laboral El equipo técnico es de diez, haciendo gala de una atención rápida y muy profesional.
Tuve que reinstalar el sistema en mi slimbook. Les pedí la ISO a los de asistencia técnica y esa misma tarde colgaron en la web la de mi modelo. Un 10 para ellos.

I have a Slimbook Titan as my main computer for about one year (I'm a Software Engineer) and recently I had an issue with the LCD screen. After a couple of interactions by email with a very supportive support team, we couldn't solve the issue and Slimbook pickup my computer to replace it, cost free, it took less than a week to have the computer in my hands again. Overall it was an excelent experience.

I have bought a Slimbook KDE (Ryzen 4800 CPU) some years ago and over time, due to self inflicted damage, had to replace some parts. Not only is the Laptop an amazing piece of work, but the best overall is the very fast, personal and friendly support you get from their team. It takes barely 15 minutes to have an answer with a solution. And they try to fix it without for you to have to buy expensive replacement parts. This is actually how it is supposed to be. Kudos guys! Ara per ara tot molt bé. Bon tracte, la primera impressió del producte rebut és molt bona. Potser, ja que estan a València, podrien incorporar el català, o valencià, en l'atenció als clients i en la seua pàgina web. També he de dir que cap problema en la comunicació, sempre molt correcte i assertiva.
El ProX15 funciona de maravilla con W11 PRO+WSL como estación de trabajo. No me arrepiento de haber confiado en esta empresa que sigo desde hace tiempo. Una consulta al servicio técnico, fue respondida de forma correcta en tiempo y contenido.
