I've bought a few things from Slam69, and my experience has always been very positive. They deliver on time, have competitive pricing, and when things don't work out they are very quick to respond - excellent customer service. I ordered an item which was out of stock (I was happy to wait a couple of weeks), but Slam69 contacted me to let me know that stock was delayed at their supplier and it would be a couple of months before I could expect receive it. I opted to cancel the order and they refunded me very quickly. It was a low value item, but they took the time to proactively message me and ask me what I would like to do. Super impressed! I fully recommend them.
