Went in to source some parts for a bike I had just bought , unfortunately didn't really have much information on the specific model , luckily the staff on hand were super friendly and helped me with my queries and we managed to get the parts I needed, pleased to say they all worked and fitted , excellent knowledge and very welcoming , will definitely be coming back , great local shop

UPDATE 06/04/2023 I thought I'd be fair and give an update. All of the below issues with delivery are still valid. That said as soon as Slam69 (Millie) became aware she went out of her way to put things right. Good communication, parts all good and fitted no issue. Rating changed from a 1 to a 4 as the problem is all related to the delivery company. Delivery issue: Ordered a part Friday pm with 'next day delivery' urgently needed for a repair. Delivery arranged via FedEx keeps being postponed, currently 5 days later and it's been postponed again. Please follow up with your courier and let me know a real date for delivery. UPDATE: parcel arrived after 6 days. FedEx didn't attempt delivery except today. I've sent an email with further details in case you wish to raise with FedEx.
