Exceptional product at an exceptional price. Would 100% have given a five star review if the products were more sustainable. Doesn’t seem to be that you can recycle the bottles etc. and they are solid plastic. Would love to see this brand doing more with making skincare ethical and either using recycled plastics in their packaging or at a minimum stating clearly what is recyclable and what isn’t. 🌏
I used your skin care range years ago and then moved to other products. Now I’m back using Skin Physics! I’m sure my skin will love me for it.

I have bought Skin Physics products for many years and particularly love Dragons Blood. I received my latest order 1 July and the pump was not working on the Prebiotic Cleansing Oil. I submitted an enquiry online with no response. Since then I've called Customer Service 3 times leaving a message twice and submitted a 2nd online enquiry, all without a response.This is very disappointing with such a simple problem. Sue UPDATE: After this review was posted I was contacted by Customer Service. The product will be replaced. I am happy with the outcome.
I have been using Dragons blood sculpting gel for about 10 years. Fabulous product. Very smooth. I received a great discount, few years back, so having that and a 6 month subscription is great. I can budget for it, hence I get to have fabulous skin care for a good price, as the cost of living is rising.
I have dealt with this company for over 15 + years I love the product. However my experience since the 17 June has been very disappointing, I have left a message everyday since, as their recording says they will return my call I have waited now for 11 days with no response. I will not place an order over the internet never have and never will, if they have changed their policy or the courtesy of returning phone calls they should change their recording. I would still appreciate for customer service to call me and still have it at the sale price as I have been trying for 11 days to place my order and if not in stock now I believe due to circumstances I should receive it at the sale price.
