The quality of the stickers are great and the advice given for the different methods to solve our complex printing issues was helpful too. However, the administrative side could be better as there were several back and forths due to the mistakes in the quotations and the communications wasnt very clear.

Quick delivery and nice printing quality.

Made an order on 17th NOV. After amendments, auto request for proof will be sent to me. Original Order $102, but was told to top up $30 to upgrade material etc, I made both payments via PayPal accordingly. But the proof from the automated system is always wrong and each time I feedback about this, a different person will reply and the wrong thing will come back again. After a few round of frustrations dealing with the wrong proof, I decided to cancel my order on the 7th DEC 2022. Was promised refund within 5-7 business days. 9th JAN 2023 Still no refund from Paypal. I emailed and was told that person in charge on leave and it is being processed and they will need ANOTHER 5-7 business days to update me. 18th JAN 2023. Still no refund of my $132 as yet, so I am writing this review now. Calls to the company at 530pm went unanswered as well.
