Easy to order and arrived on time

Well what can one say about the service from this company. My order was despatched in record time. I would have received my order the next day if the post office hadn't sent me an email saying my parcel was arriving on Saturday . So I went out on the Friday. Then checking my emails on Saturday, I found out the post office tried to deliver my parcel on the Friday. So had to get it delivered on the Monday. It was not the company's fault. My next order I will remember the fast delivery and stay in for my order. I placed my order before 11am hence the speedy despatch . Margaret Glasgow

Simply supplements is a great company to do business with, but you are severely let down by using Yodel. Yodel claimed they tried to deliver 3 times (all lies) and then told me to drive 76 miles to their nearest depot to collect. I only got my parcel delivered after a lot of complaints.

Ordered regular supplements on line as usual and received package within a few days.

Got no issues with this company. I order the goods and they are delivered on time and the whole thing is good service at the right monies.

I have been buying from simply supplement for a very long time and the delivery and quality is very good. All at reasonable prices.

You had a sale of Glucosamine so I made a large order. It arrived quickly, packaging was secure and safe without using up a "forest" in unnecessary packaging. The goods were of the the usual high quality that I've come to expect (I've been a customer for years). The only criticism I have is the price! Prices have gone up that much,that unless there's a sale, I can no longer shop with them. This is my honest and unbiased opinion
