Sizing is not accurate at all.

I paid $22 for 2 day shipping. apparently when you do so there are also "processing days" that are not accounted for. Also it does not say this anywhere when you go to select shipping options. When I contacted the company to ask how anyone is supposed to know this they told me you have to go find it in their terms and conditions page. I don't generally go to this page when I am purchasing clothing. They offered zero solutions to the problem and just said we are sorry you are not happy. If I would have known this I would have paid more to have overnight shipping. Now I am $22 in the hole on shipping and I did not get the dress in time for the wedding I was going to. Crappy customer service!

Dress is absolutely gorgeous. Shipped with plenty of time for alterations if need be. It fit me perfect.

L'abito che ho acquistato e' davvero molto bello, di una qualità elevata. I tempi di spedizione sono stati rapidi nonostante fosse una spedizione internazionale(verso l italia). La nota dolente e' stata il dazio, di cui non ero a conoscenza. Quindi dopo aver già pagato 38€ di spese di spedizione, che non sono pochi, ma di cui ero al corrente e che ho accettato, una volta recapitato il pacco ho dovuto pagare ben altri 54€ per il dazio. Io non ne ero a conoscenza e sinceramente prendere un abito, seppur bellissimo, e pagarlo 92 € in più tra dazi e spedizione può non valerne la pena. Suggerirei di specificare queste ulteriori spese al momento dell acquisto per evitare lamentele.

I ordered my dress and it arrived in 3 days. I did not pay for expedited shipping. I was very nervouse to make an online purchase so I called and the gentleman I spoke to informed me that my dress was in stock. That it would be shipping the following day. And that I would have it in more than enough time bc of My delivery location. My dress arrived and it was absolutely stunning. I am very happy
