Terrible experience ever. I had a short notice wedding in two weeks. I saw I a dress that I really like. Placed an order and was notified two days after that it was out of stock. Then order another one immediately and paid for 2 days shipping after I called their customer service and made sure that I will receive it in two days. Two days passed and the dress wasn't even shipped. Called the CS and the manager didn't even know that why the dress wasn't shipped. I had only 3 days left to the wedding and I was there with nothing to wear. Never ever again. Poor customer service.

Don’t purchase from this company. I ordered bridesmaids dresses and it looks like I will only be receiving them days before my wedding which leaves me no room to adjust sizing if I need to exchange. When purchasing it said dresses were in stock and now they are back ordered. Customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to expedite shipping without a hefty cost.

I purchased 3 dresses and was only satisfied with one. The material of one dress was horrible and did not look like the image. the material was irritating to my skin very itchy when I tried on the dress. The description states satin but that was only on a very tiny portion of the dress. The store credit policy is a joke especially when the quality of the dresses is not sufficient.
