We ordered a dress late on. Friday night and it was delivered on Wednesday. Although it was my daughter’s normal size, it did not fit. We contacted Simply Dresses. They were extremely helpful and we made an exchange. It arrived in two days, giving us time to have the bigger dress altered before the dance. We will definitely come looking here for all her high school dance needs! The service was exceptional.

Was neverous about ordering my daughters semi dress online with out actually seeing the dress other than in pictures, but much to my surprise it arrived today and it is beautiful just as I hoped it would be!! Would recommend this company to anyone!
Dress is beautiful and quality was well made. I would highly recommend them. The dress came with a hanger and a protection bag inside a large nice box. Shipment was fast.
When you are spending a pretty amount of money on a dress or 3, you would expect free returns if one does not fit perfectly. This would make it easier to shop there in the future. Shopping at Lulus was much easier.

The dress is well made but the color says white, however the bottom is white and the top is a deep beige. It will work but prefer total white.
We ordered a 2-piece dress...top fit perfectly but bottom was gapingly huge. It is ridiculous that the top and bottom measurements were so vastly different. It was a beautiful dress but we had to return it. For the price, I would expect much better.
