Giving it 4 stars only because of shipping issues....I ordered my dress Wednesday paid express shipping to have it delivered by Friday since my event was Saturday, only to receive my dress by Monday. Disappointed on misleading shipping info. No problems with the dress it self..it fit great! Wish I received it on time for my event : /

I ordered based on the websites recommended video based measurements and the dress I received was HUGE. Not a little off but A LOT off. I called right away and was told they would NOT exchange it but that I could pay to send it back and I could purchase a new one. Terrible customer service. Awful experience. I’m now paying more than the dress cost to have it altered at the shoulders, bust, hips and waist.

The dress was stunning! Quality was excellent. Customer service is even better.

We had to order 2 different size dresses because my daughter fell between two sizes. Simply dresses made it easy to return the one that we did not use.

This dress is very flattering. It runs small, I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs. and the medium was a little short on my behind! Super flattering and classy!

The dress did not fit right even though I had measured myself before ordering it, ut was to big. Also the strap broke after about 2 hours of dancing, the threading in the front was falling apart and I had only worn the dress for about 8 hours. It was very beautiful but over all not worth the 200$ I paid for it.

WOW!! this dress exceeded my expectations! The fabric looks more expensive than I paid and the material has a stretch to it so it fits comfortably. I would absolutely order from simply dresses again!
