We paid for express shipping and the dress didn't arrive in 2-3 business days and they wouldn't refund me for the express shipping. I had to buy another last minute dress because the dress came after my daughter's prom.

So happy I decided to place my order with Simply Dresses. After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I was able to find the perfect dress that came exactly as described and at a great price! Great quality and timely shipping. Very satisfied!

Should have read their return policy better before purchasing. You have to request to return an item, and then spend time waiting for your request to be approved. You end up paying shipping both ways, and then you’re only issued store credit - no refunds. But I’m not interested in an exchange or any other purchase, so you’re stuck. Dress is pretty, but material is cheaper than expected. All in all, not worth the gamble of online shopping, and I completely regret wasting my time browsing this site!

I bought a gown and it's really so beautiful, I love it!

This is really a very bad shopping experience, the Open-Back V-Neck Short White Graduation Dress I purchased arrived after a long, long time and was much larger in size, I tried to get customer service to help me exchange it for another size or return it to me, but I didn't get a response to either of them, I originally bought this dress for a very important to me event and now I have to go around looking for a replacement for it! It's just awful.

Horrible. Sent me an ill-made dress that had some huge bulging material sticking out of the stomach part, looked terrible, so I sent it back. Poor quality items. I found out they don't refund you, they issue you a gift card that can only be spent at their website, whoch nobody wants to do because their stuff is garbage. This website is scammy and a total ripoff. Edit: And see their review...saying the exact same thing I just said. No refund, but a gift card to only their stpre to buy more of their sub-par stuff. No thanks.

Do not ever use this company they are a complete scam!!! Had £50 of my money over a month ago an no dress! I reported them to fraud squad in bank today… I’ve emailed them at least 29 times no reply.. don’t go near this made up company Mscooco will take your money! Beware don’t buy from them!!

I am very disappointed. I ordered a dress from them in September. I returned it because it was too small on me. The dress was well made and I would have ordered a bigger size if i had the time. I returned it and my item was received but until now I still havent received my refund.

Read and Share Bought a surprise for my wife, so obviously she didn’t try it right away. After she did size was not good, tried to return it but their policy didn’t allow. Everything is ruined.

Dress didn't fit they not returning the money

WISH SOMEONE WOULD WARN ME NOT TO GET ANYTHING FROM THEM! MY MISTAKE WAS TO GET SOMETHING WITHOUT TRYING IT ON, BUT I WAS NAIVE TO THINK I CAN RETURN IT AND GET MONEY BACK IF IT DOESN'T FIT RIGHT. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME A REFUND.

Got dress for my girl friend as a surprise by the time she opened it (less than 2 week) we couldn't get a refund. Size was different from design.

My daughter bought a dress there for her 16th Birthday which is next month, but the dress doesn’t fit and we out of money!

The dress arrived within a few days and was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The dress fits her perfectly. She has already started to shop for her next dress.

I ordered 2 dresses on the 20th of September. According to the website, the dresses were scheduled to ship in 3 days which would mean they should have shipped either the 23rd or the 26th at the latest since the order was placed in the afternoon. Today is the 29th the dresses haven't shipped and customer service has no explanation. I've reached out by phone and can't get anyone. I've reached out using their customer contact form and have received what seems to be generic responses because they all say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. It's like they took my money with no intention to send the merchandise.
