It's only when things go wrong that one finds out how good a company is. I ordered two swimsuits - one was perfect but the other was the wrong shape. I sent it back in the same packaging on a Wednesday with a request that if there was a swimsuit I had ordered before in the right size ( I had expanded a bit since buying the first) please could I have an exchange. The replacement came on the Friday - return of post. I am so impressed with the speed of turn round and the care Simply Beach took to get things right for me. Thank you

Great customer service from the team at Simply, deliveries quick on time and returns relatively simple. It is always difficult choosing swimwear on line but the free returns help this process. Would definitely use again and have already e-mailed the link out to friends recommending that they use this company.

I had a problem with the sizing and called Customer Services for help, and after taking advice re-ordered another size as recommended by the adviser ....perfect! Oh, and I could not believe the speed that my order was delivered in! So impressed!!

The Wonderbra Glamour Chic Lace Bra as seen on the Web was very 'low cut' between the cups - but the one I received from theSimplyGroup was not the same as the picture on line - so I'm disappointed.

Hey, I was searching online for a Tankini for my hols, I found this great one on "Simply Beach", sent for it, tried it on and it fit perfectly. The shopping experience with Simply Beach was so easy.

Very easy to place order - only reason it's not 5 stars is that by mistake I ordered two bikinis so sent an email straight after my order to correct and was disappointed that my order couldn't be amended. Hence I was sent both and then had a trip to the Post Office to return the extra bikini. That said, I received an acknowledgement email of the refund within a few days so that gives me confidence that I can order and return easily in future.
