We have ordered a few times and had no problems until this recent order. Several chains were purchased as rhodium plated and they were not. There is a 25% restocking fee and it wasn’t worth returning.

Very friendly web Page and excellent service from everybody there, for me is very helpfull being able to choose merch in advance, only sometimes the closeout prices are not updated, and also sometimes for a piece it requieres a size to choose but ot doesn't give you the option so it doesnt let you put it in your cart, those are the main issues and one last thing when the pictures don't show a model the size of the piece is very tricky could be very big or too small since I can't see the real size.
