I ordered a wreath but left it very late when I ordered but Silky Bouquets was able to do my order in such a short time and it is beautiful l thank them very much for there help

If you don’t want your heart broken even more in your time of grief then AVOID this company, advert states and asks for ribbon colour carnation colour and rose colour, so it went as follows Silver Blue white Well I received Silver White White When messaging the seller being broken hearted that they got them wrong when it clearly states what I wanted my response from them was I didn’t state the colours I required! So because I literally didn’t write it Ribbon silver Carnation blue Rose white my order was unclear to them so and they would not accept a return and issue a refund as it was not their mistake and the items are bespoke, mate cut the cable ties and reuse the letters they are letters made from artificial flowers! I know your going to reply to this with an excuse as to why you could not possibly be in the wrong but your incompetence shines through with every reply you make to negative feedback

Floral tributes were amazing I ordered 4 in all and all of them were beautifully made packaged well and the prices were so reasonable would do buisness with again in the future thanks julie

A huge thank you to this amazing company! I first placed an order 3 months ago for GRANDAD flowers for my grandads funeral as he preferred artificial flowers, when they arrived in his favourite colours I was so surprised by the amazing quality and how amazing they looked. I have now sadly had to place another order for NAN flowers after losing my nan this month. I ordered white carnations for the main flowers with purple ribbon and purple roses attached for my nans favourite colour- purple which was very short notice however I have just received my flowers in time for my nans funeral via DPD thank you so much! Amazing quality and amazing price. I will definitely use you again in future if needed.

Ordered (very last minute!) a funeral memorial wreath in the form of Olaf. I required this in artificial flowers but you would never have know as the product looked just as authentic as fresh flowers. First time using this company and their customer service was great. Quality of the product was fab and looked beautiful. Will definitely use again.

I ordered a heart with teddy bear and a 16 inch heart.Both for my mums funeral I live in Scotland and was a bit concerned about delivery.My order arrived 2 days later via DPD in immaculate condition and both tributes were beautiful.I am so glad I discovered this company.Thankyou so much for making a very difficult time tolerable x

Ordered flowers it stated 2 day delivery with dpd, it was over a week with Evri , the packaging was just a box no protection inside and box had a large hole , I had to keep chasing as there was no update throughout

What ever you say on here about them .They always make some excuses. Customer service was disgusting.Theres not excuse for rudeness. Then she trys to put it bk on you saying your raising your voice.My son passed away.Not a bit of compassion. Very rude told me have your money bk or pick something else. Ordered on Monday.still didn't here sent a few emails .Then one reply we've not got flower you want waiting for delivery. Could they have not have let me know. so next day I rung them flowers were still not there.Thats how I was spoken to.Another family member ordered the Friday before me .she never heard from them so she rung. Her flowers were delivered over a week later There's no communication. Your in a state as it is without all this. It's a shame because I've used them before.not a problem, so I recommend them to other family members.so just don't no whats going g on there now.

I ordered some flowers for my mum's service. And the day they was due to arrive. It was showing as not dispatched. I left a message and within ten minutes my phone was ringing. I answered the call to a very lovely lady. Who fully assured me my parcel would be delivered the following morning ready for mums service. The following morning at the time stated my flowers were in my hands. If you want quality flowers with a brilliant service! Please look no further. This team went way beyond my expectations. Highly recommend
